Wirh every aspect Rachael fox has been fantastic all ways friendly and did have issues finding what was best for me but she went the extra witch i will all ways be thankful for all in all 10/10

Really clear throughout. Could sometimes take a while to respond and could have been a bit more proactive but generally once they had tasks to do they got them done really quickly and were thorough. They were really helpful throughout while also reasonably priced and also helped with things like insurance.

They are always available to talk to whenever I have questions. They made everything easy.

My general experience was satisfactory with good support from my case worker.
