Very thorough annual fire risk assessment with excellent staff knowledge who could explain requirements clearly.

Very professional. Attended as arranged and completed the survey with little disruption to the surgery

We have had the pleasure of working with Pyro for some time now, and we have consistently been impressed with their outstanding service. Our recent experience with their Fire Risk Assessment service was no exception. The assessment, conducted by John, was completed with utmost efficiency and professionalism. John's extensive knowledge and expertise in this area shone through, providing us with a comprehensive and detailed report that exceeded our expectations. We are grateful for the thoroughness and attention to detail he brought to the task. We have no hesitation in recommending Pyro and look forward to continuing our relationship with them.

The Pyro portal works really well for me. It gives me clear sight of all Fire Risk Assessments, Fire Door Assessments, and all the remedial actions shown by risk level. It's a really clean way of tracking actions to completion too.
Lorraine is great, nothing is ever too much for her.

Great service, appointment booked and work done quickly with clear explanations thoughout the process.

My company had a recent fire warden training provided to us by this company arranged by Louise and all I could say it that they were absolutely amazing from start to end and I would not hesitate to use or recommend them to any business that is after professionally delivered training.
The trainer turned up on time and delivered the training in the most amazing and interactive way I have ever seen and experienced.

From start to finish the assessment was conducted very professionally and efficiently throughout.
The assessment was very informative and lessons learned in readiness for corrective actions to be implemented for completion.

From the first contact with this company I had excellent service and have now used them at two different company's to provide detailed and comprehensive fire risk assessments. The risk assessment was done very efficiently and the assessor was very knowledgeable and the online portal for reviewing and actioning the issues identified is so user friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend them for all your fire safety needs. Keep up the good work guys!

Attended a great day of CPD by the PyroFire team covering fire doors and related aspects. Although it was 7 hours the time flew by as it was well structured and informative with many great real life examples. A great day and would highly recommend it for many people in construction from contractors to surveyors to property people in general! The sandwiches and biscuits were awesome too!! Thank you PyroFire. Andrew (Building Surveyor)

very friendly and professional company, would highly recommend

Very knowledgable risk assessor, who had thorough practical experience too from the fire service. Professional approach and was clearly confident in a school setting. The communication from Pyro was excellent, keeping us informed of when reviews were due and maintaining the online Block 7 which is fantastic to keep up with fire actions. We’ve employed them to help keep us compliance in all our academies and they are certainly our top supplier.
