Do NOT buy shoes from here! They are fake and will not give you your money back.
I bought some Vans Yacht Club Old Skool shoes from here late July. They shipped pretty roughly, but delivered in expected time. The site felt pretty sketchy so when I got them I carefully opened it and inspected the shoes to see if they were authentic. I compared them to others who got the same shoe and my other pairs of Vans. Long story short: they were fake. I emailed their customer service to see what address I should return them too and they got back to me with TWO different addresses each from a different email for some reason. I sent it to the last one they sent me and that was the last of the emails they sent me. I sent them back with the reciept and everything in the conditon it was sent to me and it's been two weeks. The warehouse is not that far from where I live, so I KNOW it has been delivered by now. I sent them SIX emails and they have not responded and I will continue to send one everyday until they do. I've attempted to see if they've been delivered and see the status on my refund and they have YET to respond. In conclusion, if you order from here and don't like what you've been sent, make them feel at home! Because you're not getting a refund!
