Do not order from these guys ! Placed my order on 19 March, still no tracking as of 26 March and they don't respond to any attempts at contact. Had to start a dispute with my CC company...

STAY AWAY !!!!!!

Do not wast money. They are mostly good but the plastic gears strip when opening soon after buying. I have owned four Max models and the last one broke in a month and phone fell out. Luckily it was car mounted and not one on my motorcycle. Contacted them and they ignored me. Switching to Quad Lock as this company offers no warranty.

WARNING TO ALL CONSUMERS: Do not be fooled by "Q-MOUNT" advertisements. This is a highly deceptive operation. Based on my direct experience, here is how they operate:

1. HIDDEN ENTITY & SUBSCRIPTION TRAP: After ordering a one-time physical phone mount, I discovered the payment was collected by "PLX INNOVATIONS LLC"—an entity not disclosed at checkout. More alarmingly, they intentionally set up a RECURRING SUBSCRIPTION for a one-off product. This is a deliberate attempt to siphon money from customers' accounts.

2. ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY: No dispatch confirmation or valid tracking info was ever provided. They are happy to take your money but have no intention of delivering the goods.

3. CALCULATED DECEPTION: When I attempted to contact them via email and Facebook for updates, they didn't just ignore me—THEY BLOCKED ME. This is the hallmark of a scam; they silence victims to keep their fraudulent ads running.

4. OFFICIAL RECOVERY & LEGAL REPORT: PAYPAL VERDICT: Following my dispute, PayPal issued a FULL REFUND (£39.52) because the merchant failed to provide any evidence of legitimacy.

CRIME REPORTED: I have formally reported this incident to UK Action Fraud (National Fraud & Cyber Crime Reporting Centre). Crime Reference Number: RF26020102072C.

FINAL VERDICT: This is a "zombie" company that blocks customers to hide their tracks. If you have been scammed, dispute it with PayPal immediately and report them to the authorities. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

UPDATE:

After further investigation into their "Privacy Policy" and PayPal merchant details, I discovered that PLX INNOVATIONS LLC is registered at 8 The Green, Ste 4000, Dover, DE 19901, USA.

BEWARE: This address is a well-known "Registered Agent" location in Delaware used by thousands of shell companies to hide their actual physical operations and avoid accountability. While they market themselves to UK and EU customers as a legitimate brand, they have no verifiable physical presence.

This confirms my suspicion: they use a web of virtual addresses and hidden entities to make it impossible for customers to reach them once the scam is executed. My bank and Action Fraud have been updated with these specific details. Still no response from the merchant, as expected.

they don't respond. I bought q-mount easy, but because of new modern cameras on phones, the release button cannot be touched, so locking phone isn't possible.

Scam, big scam
We order 2 qmount pro max v2 holders and get 2 kewig holders instead.
They block me on facebook and no answer on mail.
Nothing...

I made a purchase on the 5 of June 2025. Did get the first mail with the order is confirmed.

But now even after couple of emails no response from customer support not even a tracking nr that works. I have one of there mounts already and there were no problem at that time when i order that couple of years ago. I want my product please.

UPDATE:
I finally receive a package from them but they send the wrong one.. they send the pro version and i ordered the max one.. it also says kewig on the mount? dammit i needed the mount before the 1 of july but sadly i cant use the pro one.

I purchased one and was never given a tracking number and anything and it's never turned up . I have sent a number of emails and never received anything back from them . VERY POOR

Can't recommend. I ordered a Q-MOUNT PRO and a Vibration damper V.3 for Q-Mount PRO/MAX. The product I received was not what I had ordered. Instead of a Q-MOUNT PRO phone holder, I got a Kewig phone holder that was shipped from China separately. If I had wanted a Kewig brand, I would have ordered it from AliExpress, which sells them much cheaper. In addition, both products, which were sent to me separately, lacked any instructions or information about the product. I still don't understand what some of the pieces are for. Customer service doesn't respond to emails. It seems like this is all OK for them.

No response from customer services.

Recieved a knock off, can't get any response. Will not ever recommend or use again.

I was so angry that i did not check Q-Mount on trust pilot BEFORE i ordered item. So i odreder Q-MOUNT Max for my car and bike. And this is my experience with them:

- i got USED item with scratches all over it
- it was not Q-Mount branded, it is some cheep chineese brand Kewig. They did not even bother to put some sticker over it or some laser engrave to be like Q-Mount brand
- it is not EU built
- contacted support multiple times because of scrtatches and sign of use of item, till this day (one month and one week) noone responded

So just avoid, pay few euros more and get better product, not this company that is just reselling cheep chinese product by three time price of original

Terrible communication!! Got the wrong mount, but they won’t respond to my emails so that I can send it back. I’ll never buy a thing from them again!!!

Prepaid shipping for a car setup and the shipped it postage due … never answered any of my emails .. will never buy from them again … Info@qmount is a joke…

Customer service is the worst. They don’t reply to emails. They won’t send a return label. Horrible. Shop elsewhere. Lots of plastic bike phone holders.

Lousy service. No response to e mail.
Tracking code states that parcel has been delivered, but it has not. It has been moved from DHL to another shipping company. Since then no trace.
Ordered 16 July and it's 7 August now.
Disappointing

Update Aug 16:
The parcel has apparently been shipped back to Q mount without informing me. Consequently I asked them to credit the amount paid. No answer since...

AVOID !!!!

I ordered on 04 June 2024. They provided me with tracking number on DHL, which isn't moving since 13 June 2024. Q-mount isn't responding to my emails. I also wrote a comment under their ad on Facebook that I didn't receive the package and they deleted the comment and blocked me. Do not order from them! I can provide all necessary proof of scam.

I’m a little surprised at the negative reviews. Got it quick, installed easy and had no issues. Sounds like if I needed to use customer service it might be different but overall very happy with my experience

Disappointing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I ordered a complete set in April 2024 for 60 euros. Received an email that the vibration damper was out of stock. On June 29, 2024 still nothing received. Can't get in touch with customer service either. I should have read the reviews first. Disappointing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered the Q-Mount Pro (non-charging) and Vibration damper, they were shipped and delivered very quickly. I thought they sent the wrong mount as I could not see how to attach the vibration damper (no instructions) but they replied to my email the next day, and I installed it no problem.
The mount is superb value for money, and I was very impressed with the support I received, would definitely buy again.

Great experience, best holders, can't beat the price!
