Yet again
Yet again, they change formats, change the names of actions and make the whole site even more confusing. They say it makes for a better user experience, well I am a user and all it does is make for a more frustrating experience where I constantly have to waste time going to the online help desk to assist in navigation. I cancelled my payroll subscription as it is a minefield - they expect you to go from one report to another in order to collate CIS suffered manually, then enter it manually. I ronically, when I asked the help desk for assistance in navigation, they dialled in; I explained that the system leaves it open to human error, and they did exactly that, made an error. All this information is within the system, yet as a user we have to collate all the info - it's for HMRC FOR GODS SAKE!!! It's 2026, why does a system seem so archaic! Absolute dross!
