I love QI COIL. I use it for anything I need help with such as abdominal pain aka upset stomach, headache, and I also use it for my hydroponic plant system.. This System is truly amazing! I used the Sun and regenerate frequency...It is the water restructuring frequency...The color of my plant turned greener and the stems are stronger, Its seems like if affects my plants 30% and thats being modest.. the frequency really made a difference.. I give them 1 star, but if had my chose I would give them no star. If you get a Qi Coil look it over well because I think I received a used one that did not work. Good luck in getting your money back. They will not return your calls or your calls are dropped. You can't get any answers from these people. I sent my coil back within a month and in packaging that they have to sigh on delivery. It has been over 3 months later I still have no credit to my credit card and they have in their possession the coil, NO ANSWERS EITHER. $440. down the drain. I believe they are crooks!
To the Qi people:
The number I called is 833-374-2645. No answer just leave message. I leave message to call me back.....No reply. I have sent mailing transactions numbers with signature request on delivery. The returned package was signed in Nov. 18th 2022. The package is in the companies possession. I am very frustrated with the whole experience!

My father purchased a QiCoil for over $600 a little over a month before he passed away. I requested to return it shortly after his death and explained the situation but was told that it had been over 30 days so it could not be returned. He passed away 35 days after the QiCoil was delivered and had never used it.

Every other company I have spoken with regarding returns has been extremely understanding. This leaves a bad taste in my mouth during an already extremely difficult time. This company has no empathy.

EDIT (response to QiLifeStore’s response):
After he passed away, my initial message to support was to understand how the payment for the QiCoil worked since it was not a one time payment. It took a few days for support to help clarify the payment situation and at that point I explained the death and requested the return just outside the return window.

Every other company I contacted was understanding with the length of the return window given the situation and the fact that it took some days to sort out his affairs after he passed away. It was NOT months after the return window. It was merely days.

Anyway, it’s only money. In the end that doesn’t matter. What I do appreciate is all the people which have helped us during this difficult time. QiLifeStore was just one bad experience in an ocean of kindness.

The coils definitely worked. As a younger company they might have some growing pains to go through compared to a megacorp, but everyone on support was extremely helpful for every question I asked, and shipping times were good.

Qi Coils have been hugely helpful for myself and my helpful. I’ve noticed a significant change in my digestive health and overall energy. My dad has been able to use them to support his restless leg and insomnia and has noticed huge improvements. I use them to meditate, sleep, and anytime I need a boost of energy. I got my Qi Coil a month and a half ago. I was very excited and hopeful to receive my Qi Coil and I am still amazed about how my bicep pain seeems to be completely gone now. After the first week of using the Regenerate frequency set at 100% using my Qi Coil mini my tendon/muscle pain no longer lingered for the rest of the day as it would do after using my bicep for moderate work. At that point I still felt the pain while working but afterwards I could open my arm without it feeling tight and sore.
When I was young I could visualize anything with perfect clarity and zoom in close to see every detail, every brushstroke on a painting. I haven't been doing that for years and at 53 I found that it was very difficult whenever I would try. However that has all come back to me. I also have control over my meditations that I never had before. At the month and a half mark I feel this is just the beginning. I am so glad that I purchased this amazing technology.

I’m happy to have met David in person. He’s very intuitive and tuned in and very wise and awesome! I currently use the qi coils primarily for melting the frozen trauma’s in my body. I experience great pain and agony on a daily basis and the qi coil helps significantly! The wires broke, but I have extra AUX cables so I guess it’s not a big deal.
This company works with technology that’s not well understood so again it’s been very helpful to have met David in person to have a direct experience with his other services! Particularly, the Quantum AI subscription service! I can’t say I fully understand how it works but, within the bio hacking market, there’s nothing quite like it! It’s freaking awesome and mind blowing and I use it daily ~ I feel very easily calm, happier, less pain, my skin is always radiant! Very happy with both the qi coil and quantum AI services! Customer service have been on point and accommodating as well ~! Highly recommend! Plus you get a bunch of other courses included as well ~ totally worth it!

The customer service is amazing, they are very knowledgeable. They made sure I fully understood the products. They are respond fast and make sure you have no more questions. I am so grateful for qi coil! I am self healing and love frequencies. Having a device has improved my quality of life and so glad I have found this option.

I was surprised to see the negative reviews about the customer service at QiLife. The customer support has been incredibly helpful from explaining the devices to me before I purchased to guiding me over Zoom with the setup of the equipment. I'm super grateful.

Beyond pleased is what first comes to mind…. I have been using frequencies for a few years now and I am blown away by what QiCoil offers. I received my QiCoil and Resonant Console faster than expected for starters but upon receiving I was even more impressed. The craftsmanship and attention to detail in the construction of the coils AND the connection applications reaffirms my decision about this company . Very easy to set up and use, not to mention POWERFUL! Everyone who knows anything about the medicine of frequencies needs one of these devices. I love the variety of programs they offer as well, but also that I can emit frequencies much further than my other devices allow. 10/10

After One year I need to replace the coils, and they said they dont make replacements I would Have to buy a completely new system! So recently I called two different Phone numbers and it said the numbers are disconnected ! I have left several emails and No response!! Customer support is Nonexistent!!

Scam. They never sent my order and refuse to even communicate with me to get a refund. Do NOT order from them.

I never received my order after MONTHS of ordering. I got scammed of my money and I tried logging into my account and guess what. No account! How nice.

I ordered a necklace an entire month ago. It still says on the finalizing stage, out of about 10 stages and it has not moved. I don’t even know where it’s coming from and they just keep sending me the status which is the same. I could order from somewhere else and get it in two days flat. Extremely disappointing. I just asked to cancel it and get a refund, waiting on their response.

Excellent Meditation series, so far I am feeling more energetic and feeling more positivity.
