Professional helpful friendly and understanding.

All the staff are very professional and friendly. Would highly recommend a call as they talk to all your creditors directly taking away all the stress of debtors calling you.

Qis have been a fantastic help to me I feel like I don't have to worry anymore from the first phone call I made they have bin fantastic I cannot thank them enough

Good afternoon all I met a gentleman called Tom Gloud think that’s how you spell it, first class gentleman service first class. Tom took time for me to understand my options didn’t judge me in anyway.

He made me feel at ease and ensured I fully understood what was going on step by step, the videos I watch he explained everything again I think he just wanted to make sure I fully understood everything,

Tom is a top man and I will 100% advise anyone to go to this company if your struggling with debts or you need options of resolving your issues. Gordon

Excellent service dealt with my situation very quick which
meant the stress of all my debts were gone and I could start living again without worrying about the next you owe me letter coming though my letter box thankyou so much would recommend to anyone don't leave it they are here to help.

I spoke to my adviser Emma she welcomed and explained everything I needed to know to me perfectly very nice lady and understood my situation perfectly I could not fault her she was very professional in her position but also very caring and understanding as an individual could not fault her and can I also add I was very ill when she called me and was very concerned about my well being and offered to re arrange the call but I said I was ok to carry on and she told me at any time it was overwhelming for me to let her know and she would call me back when I was feeling better so I can't thank her enough for her kind words and concern for me thankyou so much Emma company are very lucky to have an employee like yourself thanks again can't fault anything at all

I was at my wits end when I phoned qis jenny Taylor answered the phone she is amazing I was on the phone for a long time only because she explain everything in detail I also spoke to sadique who was also very helpful jenny is still working hard on my case but I will write another review when we come to the end I would highly recommend this company to my friends and family thanks again jenny and sadique
