I had two taps in my kitchen, a regular tap and a water filter. I replaced both with the Qmpress 4in1. I love the new look it gives but mostly the convenience for baby bottles, cooking and coffee when I'm running out the door. I couldn't recommend the company enough and their customer service.

Needed help to restart the QTap due to a power cut and Michael provided all the help I needed. He then went and sent me a
video so that if I had all the information to hand if I get another power cut. Top marks Michael.

I have had this tap for over 2 years now. I would be lost without it. The convenience of instant boiling water is fantastic. It has given no trouble and when asked the company came out to service it. Top class.

Great customer service. Two filters went missing due to the delivery company, no fault of QMPress. Micheal followed it up on my behalf and sent out replacement for the items missing!

Hi, we had a little problem with a washer on our tap. I rang Qmpress and they were very obliging on the phone and arrived to us within a week or so. They replaced the washer with no charge. We were very happy with the service. Thank you lads

Following the recent power outage we developed an issue with our 4 in 1 boiling tap from QMpress, I got in touch with Micheal by email, and he got straight back to me over a weekend to acknowledge the issue. A replacement part was delivered the next working day, and all installed with no issue. Best customer service I've had in a long time. A pleasure to deal with.

Bought our 4 in 1 boiling tap from Qmpress Dec 24 and couldn’t be happier with the system. Having seen and used other similar products we are definitely happy we went with this one. But what was even more satisfying was the customer service from these guys. Having just finished building a house we’ve seen it all in terms of quality of service from different suppliers at this stage, and lots of it leaves much to be desired. Micheál and Qmpress were a welcome change though. Immediate contact and went above and beyond. We had an issue where we couldn’t work the tap properly due to the way the countertop suppliers had done their installation. This had nothing to do with the tap or Qmpress but Micheál was out to the house within a couple of days and sorted it himself. These guys are a pleasure to deal with.

Bought our new QMpress from Michael in October ‘23, brilliant system and delighted with it for all it does, instant hot water, filtered water and hot and cold from the tap. Slight technical issue on New Year’s Day, I sent an email and wasn’t expecting a reply back until the working week began, however Michael contacted me via WhatsApp on New Years Day and the issue was resolved promptly accompanied by a very easy to follow video.An excellent after sales service and I couldn’t recommend QMPress highly enough.

The tap looks nice and works well. I purchased my tap a long time before we moved in to our new house but a short phonecall to Michael helped to set it up and I had my first cup of tea in no time. I am very happy with the product and service.

This must be the best purchase I have made in many years.
During a visit to the Ideal Homes Show, we came across the stand displaying the instant hot water heaters and my wife was asking some questions including “can I make tea straight from the tap” and as we were amongst the first in on day one Micheal replied “if you give me a second I have tea bags and milk here and you can see for yourself how good it can make tea”, and sure enough it made a great cup of tea. I had already said I would only consider one of the boilers if I could get rid of the kettle as it is always on the gas in our house. So we ended up buying one and have never looked back, this is one of those items you never thought you needed until you got one and now you just can’t live without it. Something else I found was we have a gas hob and electric oven as I like to cover all eventualities, and I use the large cylinders which normally last six months, Since we started using the boiler the cylinder lasted a full year and four days and as I am on my second one since getting the boiler I am on track for the same again. Now I know I have had electricity costs but honestly there was no notable increase in the ESB bill so for me it was a win win. This boiler is very well insulated and only cuts in occasionally to top the temperature up a few degrees.
Another thing I found was great customer service, ring for advice or replacement filters there is no messing about, the lads know their stuff and can answer straight away and don’t have to check with another department, need filters there in the post that day. There’s a lot to be said for this sort of service as nowadays you only seem to be able to chat to a bot which is not programed to answer technical questions.
We recently had a power cut during storm Daragh which left us without power for about 28hrs. It was like having a hand tied behind your back trying to get things done without it.
I don’t tend to review products until I have a chance to put them through their paces, in this case it has taken a little longer as when I tried the first time something went wrong with the website, and I lost the review, the second time I tried my wi-fi threw a wobbler and again I lost it. At this stage I put on the long finger, and it stayed there until now.

Have installed qm press 4 in 1 in our new house. Not only impressed with the tap, their customer service is amazing.

We have been using the qmpress tap since December 2022, it's definitely one of the best purchases we made for the house, so quick and convenient and economical to run we wouldn't be without it. Alan and Micheal are so helpful, and quick to resolve any issues, the best customer service we have come across in a long time. Highly recommend qmpress

Great friendly crowd to deal with, their customer service is second to none.

Purchased a gold 4 in 1 tap November 2022. Wouldn't be without it. The customer service is one of the best i have ever come across in relation to after sale care. Nothing is a problem, we live in Mayo and Alan has landed up from Kerry with in days if there is any problem, big or small. Best thing we ever bought fir the house. 100% recommend this product.
