Reasonably quick response to an out of stock issue. However the item remained on their website for a number of days and it really felt like a bait and switch to get me to pay ~50% more for literally the same item: two individual ram sticks rather than the pair I ordered.
They also wouldn't offer anything other than full price for their error.

Thank you for taking your time to write this review.
Response time - we responded to all emails in under an hour while you needed on average a day to come back to us. I'm not sure how we could be any faster than this.
Click bait - we offered a refund right from the beginning, then repeatedly over the conversation and never tried to force you pay more. We simple offered an available alternative. I am unsure how this behavior is like a click bait.
Just like Paknsave won't sell you the loose buns at the price of the pack, Micron, the world's largest memory chip manufacturer, defines their products and prices. As explained in our responses, this is not something we control or have influence on, just like the AI boom that is the driver of these shortages, price increases, or in this case, a global business exiting a market.
We also described why the product was still shown on our website two days later. I don't believe we say anywhere on the website that the data is real time accurate, but we do say that errors might occure. FYI, we have removed it manually.
We offered the options we could. I don't believe we have to offer a discount for a product that's not in stock. The tone of your emails didn't help the conversation either.
Though I understand your frustration - found a good deal, then missed out - I believe, blaming us (the reseller) for how a global player (Micron) runs their business is unreasonable.

Great customer service support, parcel was dispatched promptly and when there was an issue with the delivery QNAP where helpful is resolving the problem. Product is good quality and exactly as expected.

Great service and great value
Great service and great value. We were after a specific configuration to cover our video production needs and Zoltan gave fantastic advice and took the time to look after us really well. With the uncertainty around delivery times due to COVID QNAP Source were the only company we spoke to that gave us accurate and up to date delivery information. Highly recommended.

My NAS machine stopped work and need a replacement fast. Talked to sales department and they messaged me within a few hours, we talked about replacement models and how long other models would take to arrive. I picked a machine and had my system back up and running within a few days - I’m in a remote spot in New Zealand so very happy with how everything turned out

Upgrading to a TS-653D
I have had a Qnap TS-410 since around 2011. It was time to finally upgrade to a newer unit. After talking over my requirements and what id like the Nas top do, Zoltan expertly guided me into a far better unit than I thought I was getting.
You can get a feel for what something does via a Youtube video, but having the ability to ask someone is invaluable

The QM2 PCIe card is awesome
The QM2 PCIe card is awesome. Holds 2 M.2 NVMe cards and has a 10GB NIC. Easy to install and really improved throughput in my TVS-471.
QNAP Source are excellent to deal with, great communication and prompt delivery.
