Ok the watch itself does have a lot of features,the main fault is that it constantly keeps disconnecting from phone, doesn't step count accurately and battery life is much shorter than advertised. The app it connects to is runmefit. There is a feedback where the problem is logged and they do get back but I would not recommend. Also developed a red patch on my wrist and had to remove watch till healed.

Absolute garbage. Will not pair with my iPhone. It’s going into the recycling

Watch went black: Tried contacting Qnix, totally ignored me. No other way to contact them.

Just bought a qnix smartphone.I am really disappointed with the blood pressure and step function . I bought it to measure my blood pressure , heartrate and measure my steps when briskly walking. Overall the reading are very inaccurate compared to my omron blood pressure machine. This is very disappointing. I would sent it back but haven't got the time to repack etc.

All the reviews is what went wrong for me, Half price is good but not if it wasn't a very good rating in the first place and I'm seeing another similar name when I click in the ONix watch ad as will. Soung's like a quick 50% off scam sale in my OPINON. Not worth the risk buying this sort of watch for health reason. Expensive time piece, even if you make it on a the "time" schedule.
Show better proof.

I'm a bit worried, I have bought one for my partner for Xmas. Seen all these reviews which are not good, maybe I should send it back without opening it. Not sure if I should take the gamble.

Having read the reviews before I purchased this watch I was very apprehensive whether this would be the correct watch for me.
The watch arrived in good time and packaged well, once opened I found it easy to setup on the App and my IPhone. I’m not at all disappointed as this watch does what I expected although the blood pressure monitor is a bit out.

In summary it’s a decent watch for the price I paid and I’m happy with the purchase.

I would be very cautious if intending to purchase a Qnix smartwatch for monitoring of blood pressure and heart rate readings if you have current heart health problems.

I purchased a QNix smartwatch in Dec 2023, specifically for the blood pressure and heart rate measuring functions. I quickly became suspicious of the accuracy of these facilities when compared with readings from my Omron blood pressure monitor.

Under warranty I submitted videos of readings taken concurrently to show these
discrepancies and received a replacement watch. However, in readings taken today, that is no different to original.

I cannot comment on any of the other functions on the smartwatch but from my layman’s point of view I would not rely on the blood pressure and heart rate measuring functions, especially if you have an ongoing heart condition.

Lost the charger for my GTS2 smartwatch, will not provide replacement unless I purchase another watch. Real rubbish company. B

The advert was quite misleading as it didn’t state that you couldn’t use it for watersport like swimming etc. Also the blood pressure monitor is very inaccurate. It displays that my blood pressure is perfect which when I have been tested using conventional means is much higher. Not very happy with it. I go swimming daily and there is no facility to input the swim data as an activity. Wouldn’t like to rely on it to flag up problems with my blood pressure. I have a family history of heart problems so that is another reason I chose this product.

Bought the QNix watch in April. Didn’t like the strap colour so I contacted them to order another strap. Was told that you can’t just order a strap, you must buy another watch. Would not even recommend what other strap might match. Now, 5 months later the watch has stopped charging. Contacted them and all they can say is read the menu!

Das Teil ist absolut wertlos. Im freien lässt sich das Display nicht ablesen, weil es so dunkel ist, dass man nichts erkennt. Die angekündigten Leistungen sind nicht vorhande, keine permanente Angabe von BLutdruck und Puls, keine Warnung bei Höchstwerten, alles nur fake. Rückgabe Bedingungen sind so gestaltet, daß man praktisch das Teil in "unausgepacktem" Zustand zurückgeben müsste.

This watch is absolutely useless. I'm disabled snd walkwith 2 sticks. It never records my steps! The blood pressure measure is very inaccurate, tho to be fair that is expected. The MAI assessment is very idiosyncratic. Sometimes it records the highest reading in the time spent getting up and having breakfast..not strenuous. Today I have hot up and had a 50 minute strenuous walk and the measure is the lowest ever. Its so disappointing because as a watch its attractive. As any kind of health tool its useless. Don't buy.

I purchased the watch on the understanding that it would detect falls and act as a safety watch in emergencies but it does not appear to have that function. I also understood that it was suitable for swimming however it expressly states on receipt that it doesn't. Disappointing nd hoping I can return for full refund.

Purchased Qnix watch. When received, it was already charged making me suspicious that it had already been returned.

After wearing watch, realized it was only recording half of my steps. I tested it against my previous watch, and my own physical step count.

To receive a full refund for a defective watch, you are still required to pay the return shipping. Disappointing experience.
