Very good Sirvice friendly staff

Quick Pest Control is excellent! They quickly and effectively handles issues with mice, cockroaches, and other insects. The technicians were professional and even sealed the entry points to prevent the mice from returning. We are so relieved to be pest-free. Highly recommended!

All these reviews have to be fake !!!! Scam company - avoid this company - they tried to charge me £2300 for a £300 job - my tenant felt very pressured into agreeing to works - they wouldnt leave until my tenant transferred £600 on the spot - now refuse to refund me !!

Haroon from Quick Pest Control did a great job to prevent spiders and other pest from coming back. He’s reliable, professional and friendly.

Haroon was fantastic, he arrived promptly and dealt with our situation really quickly. Gave great advice, clearly stated the payment plan, and followed up in person 3 times to check on the situation.

The team were extremely efficient and came out on the same day to provide a survey. They were great at explaining the different options available and advised me on the steps very clearly, treatment was completed the same day. They've also been very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Very happy overall and couldn't of asked for a better service :)

Excellent service; extremely prompt response. I was very grateful to receive a call very soon after I contacted Quick Pest Control. Hussam did a thorough survey of the apartment. He is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I also appreciated how reassuring, clear and pragmatic Hussam was. I proceeded with the treatment explained to me and within 10 minutes Mahfooz arrived and implemented the proposed treatment. Mahfooz was very thorough and helpful too. I am extremely grateful to the whole team and thank you all for taking action so quickly. Superb service!

I have ongoing issues with mice (& rats!) finding their way into my property unfortunately! However every time I have a call out with Quick Pest Control, the guys are reassuring, professional & knowledgeable. Issues are always identified and resolved at appointment.

QPCL attended and treated the infestation which sorted the problem for a while. When asked to return under their 12 month guarentee they did not attend and then stopped answering my telephone calls.
Job not done properly but they happily took the money.

Professional, knowledgeable and empathetic. If you have a mice issue, do yourselves a favor and call quick pest control. Omar came immediately after my first call, inspected the house thoroughly and explained the deep structural issues in the home. With this extremely stressful situation, his calm demeanor and knowledge on the subject made me feel more calm and safe. For the following checkups (one which included removing a dead mouse!!) Haroon came to resolve the issue and disinfect the house and made us feel more at ease. I would trust them with any issue in the future, over any other company.

Contatcted this company after experiencing unwanted mice in my flat.
They picked up the phone immediately on a Sunday which was great and we worked though a time to mouse proof the flat which I believe has worked.
I had an initial survey where pics and videos were taken to explain problem.
Their bill was fair in comparison with other companies and I have a guarantee for a year. Aata worked with me with regards to options and costs.
The men that came to do the job were efficient and courteous. Happy to have them in my home.
3 weeks now and no mice in sight!

I found Quick Pest Control on Google and contacted them in an emergency at 8pm due to a rats problem in my house. Within just 20 minutes, they arrived, and in less than 3 hours, they had solved the issue flawlessly. I have a phobia of rats, and I was extremely anxious, but their team was incredibly kind and reassured me throughout the process, explaining every step with professionalism and patience.

One thing I really appreciated was that they sent me photos and videos of each stage of their work, keeping me updated without requiring me to get too close. At the end, they provided me with a full report, both from the initial intervention and from the follow-up visits, which continued for four weeks to ensure everything was under control.

A special thanks to Haroon and his colleague (whose name, unfortunately, I can’t remember) for their professionalism, kindness, and availability. The team that handled the follow-up visits was also fantastic!

Honestly, I don’t understand the negative reviews I’ve read. In my experience, I couldn’t have asked for better service, especially given the terrible situation I was dealing with at home. They did an excellent job with efficiency, speed, and great customer care. If you're looking for a reliable pest control service, they are the right choice! Highly recommended!

poor customer service and completely scammed. they came to my shop few months ago to set pest equipment and they just want to take bank details to steal money from your account. they never came back to my shop. completely scammed company.
