I didn't have a clue about the part I…

I didn't have a clue about the part I needed for my SKF tool. Rebecca said no worried, let me do some research and ill email you with a quote. Within the hour I was getting my quote. Will be doing business with them again and will be reaching out to Rbecca!!

Delay in email answer and delivery of the materials

We are facing continuous communication issues, including delayed responses and delivery delays.

We placed an order for Grease in November 2025, and until now the material has still not been delivered. We are struggling with this issue and have concerns about placing new orders, especially since we already transferred the advance payment but have neither received the material nor proper responses to most of our delivery follow-up emails.

Great business to work with

My company was recently shut off from the Place we purchase Bearings. I recently changed careers from selling Bearings myself in the US so I started looking for new places. Quality Bearings customer service, shipping, and communication is far superior to SKF and the other name brand companies. They have always been courteous and helpful when I have emailed them.

I had ordered the wrong bearing and I was able to return them with no problem. I was able to email a real person and was able to order the right bearing. You gusy are the best. Customer service is the best.
