Quality Home Snagging were recommend to us by our neighbours after we moved into our new-build house. We highly recommend them. We received a very comprehensive report, which highlighted issues we had no idea existed! The Senior Surveyor was professional and thorough.

Recently booked a snagging report on my new build, was very pleased with the service start to finish! For the first enquiry Jo was very prompt on emails and answered all my questions. Had Alan carry out the snagging on the day again he was very professional and explained his findings in a way I could understand rather than technical terms! He found 85 issues in total, even had the report back the same day. Was defiantly worth the money, would recommend!!

Easy booking, timely updates from Jo. Alan showed up on time, professional and friendly. He's done the new build snagging survey throughly over the course of a few hours. I've received the report the same day.

Very satisfied with the service. The report came in on the same day with 150 issues found including small and big defects. Alan was so kind to prioritise the defects for me so that I can take the serious issues to the developer for them to focus working on them first.

Quality Home Snagging really are the professionals. From first contact, the admin the actual snagging service, and the report, they have been 5 star. Alan took his time to check EVERYTHING and he spotted lots of things we would never have noticed. His advice was "you've paid me to do the snagging, you just enjoy looking round and finding out how everything works" this is the best advice ever and I completely trusted him. We have had the report the same afternoon and have forwarded it to our developers. Alan said "the house was a great example of a new build", but I am still really pleased we had a professional come and snag our Bloor house it has been so reassuring.

I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a professional snagging survey!

finished and in total he
had identified 135
different issues, many of which we wouldn’t have spotted ourselves! The only room for improvement I could possibly think of is that there were a few snags we spotted ourselves which Alan didn’t pick up on, such as paint and scratches on our flooring and chips in our worktop in the kitchen. Overall though, I highly recommend using them as a snagger as between the both of us we have fully snagged our new home! Thanks again!

Alan from the Quality Home Snagging recently carried out a snagging inspection on our new build home.
