While the bag we finally decided upon was great, the logos on each side should have been larger. Unfortunately, this was disappointing for our 700 bag order.

I have ordered products from Quality for a number of years and always with great results - until this last and most recent order. The product that I have re-ordered several times was suddenly a different - and most unpleasant color. I sent a note asking about the change in color and through a series of emails, photos, new samples, and great communication from the sales and service team - the entire order was replaced in no time with exactly what I had come to expect in the product. The most outstanding customer care and concern - that actually fixed the issue - than i have seen from anyone in a very very long time!!!! Thank you, James, Shauna, and design Team!!! you Rock

While it was a little confusing how to generate mockups, the expediency and availability of the staff was phenomenal! We put in an order and received our items within about a week!

Ordered mini basketballs with our school logo on it for and hoping open house. The process was so easy! My item shipped quickly and they turned out great! The best part of the experience was the customer service. Not only did they call me after placing the order to thank me for ordering with them but then a second time to check that the product turned out great.
