It was a nice surprise to come across a company that still displays a phone number on their website and actually answers the phone! I had a few queries so it was important that I could speak to someone before placing the order. The items were competitively priced and arrived securely wrapped within a couple of days. Very happy with the whole experience from start to finish.

Very pleased with the quilt
Very pleased with the quilt, as expected it was on the large side but not a problem for me. My only disappointment was the lack of delivery day/time update from the courier.

This is my second order with Quality…
This is my second order with Quality Poles. The service was excellent just as the first time. I ordered the pole in the evening and as I was in a rush to get the curtain pole, I phoned in the morning to ask if they could do their best to dispatch it on the day. The lady said she would check with the dispatcher and then got back to me to tell me it would be dispatched that day. Great service thank you. Pole arrived next day.
