Not quality customer service
Sadly the rings that were sent were not the size as described on the website. I made contact and they said it must have been an issue with the supplier and they would get some more sent. 12 days later I still hadn’t heard anything so contacted them again to be told the same thing - I explained the urgency as they were replacements for broken ones and the curtains were not benefiting from not having the rings! Again the supplier was blamed and he said he would get on to it and let me know which I thought would be that day or the next - now 12 days later and still nothing - ordering more from elsewhere because even if I call again i cant rely on anything happening / will request a refund!

I apologise for the issues that you have experienced with the curtain pole rings.
This is the first time that we have heard of issues with these rings which have been supplied for around 10 years, so your curtain pole rings may have been from a bad batch.
I passed on the information to the supplier to see if they can help to identify what has happened and to resolve the issue for you..
This has taken slightly longer than usual due to the Christmas holidays and the supplier being a lot busier than usual which is out of our control.
I have sent a follow up message to them and as soon as they reply then i will let you know how we will resolve the issue for you.

Unfortunately the pole I purchased is…
Unfortunately the pole I purchased is not fit for use. It has not been a positive experience with quality poles and I would not recommend. The instructions that came with were for a different pole altogether, the silver joining pole was filthy and looked so cheap I ended up painting it black to match the rest of the pole. We managed to install them without instruction but the passing rings aren’t effective and you can’t easily open and close the curtains so it’s useless. We now can’t return the pole or the curtains so are out of pocket and very disappointed.

This is the first time that we have heard of issues with this curtain pole which has been supplied for around 10 years, so your curtain pole set may have been from a bad batch.
We replace any faulty or damaged items free of charge and no customer needs to be left with an item of unsatisfactory quality.
I have passed on the information to the supplier to see if they can avoid any similar issues with these poles.
All internal curtain pole joiners do not need to have the same colour as the pole itself as they are not visible, so most manufactories just supply the joiners in one colour.
I have sent a copy of the correct fitting instructions which should hopefully help with any problems.
If you have any other issues with the curtain pole, just let me know and i will be happy to help.
We can also communicate with the supplier if you have any specific technical issues so you won't have to keep any unsatisfactory items.

Excellent service
Excellent service, visited a local shop for new curtains but unfortunately they didn’t have the sizes we needed. Found Quality Poles online, fast and easy ordering and a great price. Order was made and received curtains within days. Would recommend site to anyone looking for new curtains.
