Don’t know why there are so many 1 star reviews. Started last year in April with Kong, Account doubled in 9 Months, switched to Athena (BTW you were allowed to switch for free!) and Athena literally doubled in 3 months with a max drawdown of around 10%.
Use your brain before giving bad reviews, the admin even stated that different brokers will equal different results, and they even gave away which broker is good/ bad with their system.
Grateful to have found this - if you think you can and if you think you can’t - both times you will be right.
Amassing wealth is much more than stacking money, shit goes onto spiritual levels but most aren’t ready for this convo and just will leave a 1* review instead of acknowledging that MAYBE their the problem.

Unresponsive, Unreliable, and Cost Me Thousands – Avoid Quantum Bot
I’ve been using Quantum Bot for several months, and I deeply regret it. After losing over $15,000 across their bots (Kong, Athena, and Axis), I reached out multiple times requesting a refund and a fix for their broken Athena system, which even one of their reps admitted had a known issue affecting many users. That was over two months ago, and the issue is still not resolved.
They’ve ignored my repeated requests for a phone call or proper support. Instead, I received canned email responses blaming education gaps or VPS issues—which were not true in my case. I attended their training, set up the bots with their support (James), and monitored them daily. But these bots are supposed to be automated—if they need to be micromanaged, what’s the point?
Just recently, I had a $2,000 loss on a single AUDUSD trade on Kong where the bot opened a position at 3.30 lot size—despite settings that should limit it to 0.01. This is exactly what happened when I lost $13K previously.
To make things worse, their Telegram group disappeared, and their customer support continues to stall with no resolution.
I am now filing formal complaints with the CFPB and BBB, and writing this review to warn others. If you value your time, money, and sanity—stay far away from Quantum Bot.

In just one week, my Kong account dropped from $10,000 to $1,000 due to two trades on a single pair (AUDUSD). I have sent multiple urgent emails to Quantum Bot's support team with no response and no action taken. Their system is completely broken, and they refuse to provide real support. Stay far away.
Update: I still have not heard a word from them!

This is my first ever Trust Pilot review and I am happy to leave it. After being burned completely by NURP, I wanted to find something that gave me good returns without an insane risk. I’m fine with risk, but not INSANE risk. I bought an Axis license 8 months ago and it’s been very smooth sailing since. No more waking up in the middle of the night to check the margin on my account; no more stressing while I’m away with my family. I’ve picked a better, more reliable system with Quantum and learned my lesson about putting way too much money into any trading algo account. Because of my loss with NURP, I’m still down overall on my trading account, but my Axis account is well on the way to making a nice recovery over time, and all with less than 3% maximum drawdown to date.
They are definitely worthy of a positive review.
I’m confused by the negative reviews I see on here. I literally only typed in “Quantum Bots” here on Trust Pilot because I was curious how other’s experiences have been. I’ve been a Quantum client for a year (I started with Kong and then switched to Axis) and I have had zero complaints other than that at the time it took me a week to get onboarded. I am told this now happens within 24 hours of a purchase or when the client is ready. I feel like people writing negative reviews here probably cranked their settings waaaaaay up into the high-risk category and are now salty that they lost. My Kong account went from $10K to over $18K in just over five months. But while I was psyched for the profit, I didn’t like the aggressive style of trading. So I reached out and they suggested Axis. I then moved my $18K into Axis, which I have now had running for about seven months. That $18K has now increased to over $21K (I’m averaging about 3.1% per month so far on Axis). How could I ever complain about that?!
The worst trading algos I have ever had. The only thing they were good at was losing money. If you want to lose money, Quantum Bots is for you. Oh, yeah, could not get my money back either for the algo despite the "Money back Guarantee". I have also been trying to retrieve my funds from the broker (Tradiso) for two weeks now with no luck. I don't know where the money that I have left is. Run! You have been warned.
I'm very angry with this organization!! I was not told that Kong required crypto when it was sold to me so I had to set up special accounts to accommodate the funding process. The onboarding specialist told me to set up a demo account until the funding came through because the crypto broker they suggested holds deposits for up to 2 months before you can fund an account. When I was finally able to set up the live account it lost money after 30 days so I asked for a refund. They then told me the 30 day refund policy took effect when I set up the demo account!! Obviously that makes no since because you can't lose money on a demo account! These people are total frauds!!
I was totally burned by another algo company in the past, so I started slow here. I trialed Athena and Axis. My knee jerk was to choose Athena because in my 60-days of demoing it had earned me over 20% returns. But I know the risks of those kinds of returns so I went with Axis. I’m now 7 months in and comfortable leaving a review. 1: They do 1-1 onboarding which I appreciated versus most companies that just send you to a YouTube channel. 2: I’ve only used “Axis” for any significant period of time so I can only comment on that one algo. While it isn’t ever going to make me 10% per month, I’m happy getting 2-4% per month without losing sleep over the massive drawdowns I used to constantly stress over with the algo I was using before (which wound up almost blowing my account). In just under 7 months I’m at a 24% return with max 3.1% drawdown. I can finally SLEEP at night. 3: Every once in a while they hold education zooms where they talk about diversification, not over leveraging, and other subjects. I’ve only joined one of those but I really appreciated that they even said not to over-leverage into THEIR products… they actually encourage people to see what else is out there, do your research, and diversify yourself! The company I used before was always trying to convince me to put more in (which I fell for!) because they billed me more monthly when I added to my account. I wound up almost losing it all with them!!! So I’m leaving a review because I feel like these people actually CARE which seems very rare these days.
I bought the Kong bot based on the sales reps recommendation. When I began onboarding I was pushed to switch to the other two bots. I remained with Kong and didn't change any of the original settings and set it up to run on a demo account to see the results. I didn't start my FX Blue account full time until a few months after I purchased the Kong bot. I let the account run almost 3 months full time with original settings and it tanked badly. I was within my 3 months of full time usage like the return policy states but they said the policy is based on my purchase date which is a lie. I entered the policy into a legal Chatgpt AI and had it define the policy for me and here's what it said,

Refund Provision: "Within ninety (90) days from the commencement of continuous use of the Product by the Licensee, following the date of purchase, if the Licensee is dissatisfied with the Product, the Licensee is entitled to request a full refund of the purchase price paid for the Product."
This provision creates a specific right for the Licensee, where dissatisfaction with the Product, within a set timeframe (90 days), allows them to claim a full refund. The 90-day period begins once the Licensee starts using the Product continuously after purchasing it.
The owners have contacted me and agreed now that I am due a full refund because the language on the cancellation policy is how I stated above. Unfortunately it took the threat of a lawsuit to have any of the owners call me back. I was ghosted by the company and even the response they have given to my review is false. It's unfortunate that I was ignored completely for so long. I am still waiting for my refund.

Their software doesn't perform well and operate under many stipulations designed to take your money to void refund in any event you are un-satisfied. Quantum had a decent run last year selling there Kong bot, until it stopped performing. Their sales rep clearly kept the re-branding of their company hidden. Quantum took no accountability and Founder started recommending clients to stay away from the Broker Ox Securities. The fact is their bot underperformed and cost people serious losses. The rep Paul continued the sale for Kong making false claims on performance when it really no longer existed. They were only selling Axis and Athena, and did not give reason why the license for Kong was no longer given. Their sales reps stated at one time a 90-day guarantee with 100% money back. Then inconsistently state a 60-day money back guarantee. Then, when finally agreed to trial their software it’s a 30-day warranty with many overcomplicated stipulations such as following there “housekeeping” requirements. Also stated on Ridge Capital Solutions website “If you do not achieve profitable results within 30 days of activating our software, you may request a full refund of your licensing fee, subject to our refund policy”. This means although they have certain performance claims, such as 4-9% a month, or as the rep falsely stated much higher for Kong, they can well under-perform and even if you make a net profit in your Broker for as little as $1 dollar, your refund will be voided. I did a 30 day trial with a live Athena account which was at a substantial loss. Their company will offer 2 Demo accounts. I agreed to Demo Axis and after further request I was given the license to demo Kong. After the 30 day trial, it was clear the reason why Kong was no longer offered as it seriously underperformed and so did Axis. All of their software has bugs and issues. I believe Axis netted a profit of $6 dollars in a 10k demo account but then at the 30 day it was at a loss. These Algos proved to be a clear waste of time. I made sure to follow all “housekeeping” rules, weekly calls with a rep in Philippines. Communication with the actual Quantum Support team is very scam like. As soon as my inquiry was made of unsatisfaction and requested refund, they will require you to provide your trading experts and journals within your virtual private server. Quantum stated, I did not qualify for a refund for the reason I netted a profit in a Demo account, a Demo account they offer you. Further stated I didn’t follow their weekly “housekeeping”. All their communications went completely silent and, ghosted. I sent out a last response email to Quantum support and accounting team stating if there is no response further action will be taken. After reporting this to my Bank, a week later I received a text from a number claiming to be the Founder of Quantum bots. Completely unprofessional to not respond and communicate formally through email, but through text message in an attempt to negotiate. Either way, this company did not communicate until I got my Bank involved. Quantum made false claims on every level, including selling me a license that no longer really existed or that they wanted to exist, the team removed the name Kong stated on my purchases account dashboard. Purely on performance and scam like support, it was a total clown show. I was very fortunate that my Bank took care of me, but it’s disappointing to see some of these reviews. I would not even consider there now re-branded company Ridge Capital Solutions. It’s ran by the same individuals, with the same exact pitch. Their bots R-2 is Axis, R-2.5 is Athena which only trades the German30. From experience they are nothing special and under perform. R-50 is a 50k account minimum, and R-400 is a 400k account minimum. There new R-10 starts at a 10k account, it's nothing impressive for a claimed AI bot and trading somewhere in the range of 20 to 32 pairs. Their sales rep couldn’t even give me the exact number of pairs traded when asked. There are far more reputable and sophisticated companies to invest with. I hope this review gives value to someone to not waste your time and capital. Quantum will challenge this review with more false statements to save their reputation, most likely take it down. Quantum never showed accountability or professionalism to the standard you'd expect from an ethical company that does what they claim. Stay far away from Quantum and Ridge Capital Solutions.
Update: Your rep checked the accounts weekly. They blame connectivity issues to void refund. Never had problems with real companies. The accounts are closed, and they state it's in profits. It's amazing I closed accounts and somehow these cowards think its acceptable to have my Bank cover there scam, and then offer me to continue their software.

Stay away from this company!! Wow, I was sold on a product was way too good to be true. Both the person that recruited me and the person that helped me set up my account sold me a story that had me all in with this company. I even became a referral lead for them, and was talking to several of my friends and associates about it. Well, fast forward 3 months and the two people that I had been working with were both, reassigned, or quit/were let go, and my account is a disaster. I had been reaching out for help for over two months with no response, and now, they finally responded to me to tell me that they cannot do anything for me. Well, that is just great. There were many many lies to sign me up and now that those lies came to the forefront, I am stuck suffering. What a horrible way to run a company.

Hoping my refund will be processed because i did not adjust an lot size settings, or intervene with the bots. Processing my refund would build my trust with this company. Dan Baker has provided me good customer service, and has responded to all my requests, unfortunately he doesn't deal with refunds.
Still doesn't make sense to me why they have to be so terrible and rude all just to steal from people.

As per their advertisements I asked the refund after 60 days because Kong did not make a dime . They agreed to switch to Athena . In 60 days it did not make any money. I asked for refund and they refused. I am looking for an attorney to sue them. .

I've been using Kong for about 2 months. The one-on-one set-up was helpful.
Unfortunately, the bot has done a very poorly.
We were very careful not to change any setting as that can void any warrantee.
The bot was left on the conservative setting the entire time and lost about $10K in about 2 months.
We spent 10K for access to the bot and invested 20K.
We were told by the salesman that if we invested 10K and did not make any unauthorized adjustments, the bot would at least recoup the cost (10K) within 16 months. And if it did not, Quantum Bots would refund the cost of the bot.
The performance of the bot was unimpressive for the first month, but we were told that we needed the bot to "learn" and we should be patient.
The second month the bot LOST 10K. We are ok with the lost of the money we invested in the market as no guarantees can be made.
Unfortunately, as we are one more bad trade away from having that 20K wiped out, we did pursue the refund of the 10K for the bots.
Our support person told us that we only had 60 days to get a refund according to the contract we signed (read the contract closely, and don't trust what the sales rep says).
Luckily, I believe we are still within the 60 days and we made the request for a refund. Our support person produced logs of our account activity (likely to confirm that we did not change any setting that would void the guarantee), and submitted them to QB.
We were told that we should hear back from them within 24 hrs.
I will update this review once I hear back from them.
