So far the bag is great

So far the bag is great. I am more thing than most, and it covers me, but larger people may have less direct contact without moving. I have already noticed a difference in skin tone and maybe a bit if relief with the pain. I am still playing around with it. May have a better read on this after a few weeks.
Package was great, easy to use and set up. Availability to separate for 2 mats or 1 bag.

I can’t truly rate the product because…

I can’t truly rate the product because I have yet to receive it! I ordered it February 23rd and as of today, March 9th, I still don’t have it nor have I received an email saying it has been shipped.

Never recieved order

Ordered 2/23 today is 3/9. Still hasn’t shipped. I emailed last week to try and expedite since this is a gift but recipient is leaving for vacation soon.

I researched before I purchased

I researched before I purchased. I called asked if your product was made in China. Was told no.
Received product. Opened box and the first thing I see.... Made In China.

Broken product HORRIBLE customer service

This company has the worst customer service. They took 9 days to ship my order after saying that it had shipped when it had not on 2 separate occasions. My mat arrived with incomplete instructions and most of the lights do not seem to work.I have had no luck communicating with them.If anyone from Quasar reads this please reach out about order #8971.

No product

Red light therapy mat not shipped. Sent email said they would expedite and they didnt. Emailed again and no response. No phone number listed anywhere. Disputed charge with credit card company. Want order cancelled.

No Shipment yet...

Update: we did receive our Red Light Bag. Even though shipping took a while we did receive it and it works well.
Leaving it at 4 stars because of the shipping.
I ordered a Red light blanket on January 11th for over $800 and so far nothing has been shipped and there's no update. I did email them today so we shall see.

I finally received the mat !

never received the mat and it appears as delivered

I am trying to get a refund

!!! EDIT !!!
I received the mat today after thinking it would never reach me. I must say I am very very glad it did.
I used it as soon as I got it and I really like it so far.

Giving 3 stars because of the worry.

I will update in a little while to see if back pain and skin improve as promised.

My Quasar Plus started to malfunction…

My Quasar Plus started to malfunction after a couple years of use. So, I sent it back to Quasar to repair. Somehow, the package got lost in their system. It took several weeks of emails to resolve. A few days ago a new representative named Joy took over my case. And, she sent me a NEW Quasar Plus that same day. I received the new device in 3 days. I was very impressed that their customer service never forgot about me and took the time to resolve my case. Don't put too much weight on the negative reviews here. Their customer service/ aftercare is top notch!

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever. Never got the Product, their top of the line LED mat. 3 weeks of excuses, though the oreder showed as „fulfilled“! I canceled after more than 3 weeks waiting. Now waiting for my money …

Careful: they lie about their logistics!

Early days but so far very happy

Early days but so far very happy. Good instructions and my skin seemed happier after first use. I have always had LED facials but to have a scientifically proven device at home is amazing for when I'm having flare ups.

Well worth it!

I’m 39 and I’ve never had so many compliments on my skin. Actually, I never had any compliments on my skin until I used the mask. I don’t usually write reviews but I have to say that this is something I couldn’t live without now. My skin glows, I love it!

The effect is not too big to be honest

The effect is not too big to be honest, as my skin is still pretty good. But it's a nice facial treatment that lifts the face slightly and helps with fine lines. I use it once or twice a day or any other day .
