I ordered some dresses for a friend and…
I ordered some dresses for a friend and I for an event and paid for express shipping for 3-7 days. Sadly the dresses didn’t arrive on time, so we both had to purchase new ones. I looked on the website for returns policy and it says you have to email them to get a an address to send them to which you have to pay for. Bizarre, no return address available on their website. I entered into a chat online with a robot who told me the flapper dresses were made to order. I have found the same dresses on various other websites available on a 2 day delivery with free returns. It even says on the website that the particular dresses I ordered were in stock. This company have terrible terms and conditions. None of which comply the the UK laws and call themselves Queendancer UK. I have written to the bank and ombudsman as this type of business should not prey on people who maybe don’t have time to read all the policies. I am very disappointed. Read all the terms and conditions before you even enter into purchasing anything.

Purchased a dress for my daughters prom, paid express shipping, still not arrived and prom in 3 days. Customer service non existent despite numerous emails which are responded to by a 'robot'. Extremely disappointed and now need to find a new dress, heartbroken daughter.

Didn’t get my order for a month. They sent me the wrong size and refuse to refund the whole order including shipping for the wrong item sent and wont send me a return address so i wont get my money back, shame since the clothes are nice but their customer service is useless so if you want to send it back you cant!
Update, it seems leaving a review finally gets you a response.

TRUST EVERY SINGLE ONE STAR REVIEW. I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM NO STARS. I am experiencing what so many others have. I wish I read these reviews before making a purchase. I ordered a dress on May 3rd that cost me $149. With shipping, my purchase came to $173.99. The dress finally arrived on June 2nd and was way too large on me. I emailed on June 4th requesting a refund and assistance processing a return. Six days later and I'm in the frustrated midst of going back and forth with Melody to get my refund. I first had to send print screens, proof of payment, photos of the dress and the bag it came in, etc. Makes no sense why. Melody then offered a refund of $14 for me to keep the item and get alterations. In what world does it cost $14 for alterations? Another email then said I could get a full store credit. I declined. Then she said I could keep the item and receive a refund of $59. How is that a full refund????? I am now being completely ignored and no one is responding to me after numerous emails. As others have said, they will do anything to avoid a refund even when you are abiding by their return policy. I'm shocked and sick to see them taking total advantage of people who are supporting their business. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. TOTAL SCAM. I simply want to return the dress (understanding the shipping charges are my expense) and receive a credit for the $149.00 that the dress cost me. Totally being ignored. I'm now going to dispute the charges with my credit card company and contact the Better Business Bureau. This is disgusting.

This company is terrible
This company is terrible. I ordered a prom dress for my daughter in march and I am still waiting for it. They sent me a link to track my order via the shop app and it still says awaiting dispatch. They never liaised with me at all-not even to say my order had been dispatched/delivered. I have asked for a refund and finally they contact me back after 3 attempts of emailing them- but they say I have received my order??? Such liars and scam artists.
Please dont order from them. This reply below thay have posted is total generic, no they haven't sent me an email, and yes they do have my order number..... just an absolute disgusting company that will do anything to make themselves look to be in the right and avoid refunding you when things go wrong.

AVOID - Scam Artists
Bought two dresses, both incorrect size. Not even close to size stated on website. Could not be worn, neither great quality for the price. Tried to contact to return. First they offer me £15 to keep the dresses, which cost over £200. I declined, then offered me £53 to keep them, I declined. Was informed they would process 100% refund but it would take two working days to email me with return details, didn't arrive. I had to email again. I then got an email with an address in Texas, informing me that 100% refund would be sent minus postage (that I paid) and a restocking fee. They send shoddy garments and won't process refunds. Looks like I will need my bank to do a charge back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!

Be warned
Be warned, they will do everything they can to avoid refunded you. Ahipping policy states the customer is responsible for return charges and no shipping charges will be returned. No where does it state you can only return to USA or china, despite advertising as a UK company. £43 out of pocket for returning the items and even if your order is late, they still wont refund you. I've also been threatened with blackmail, by threatening to post the email threads. Which is a breach in datat protection laws and blackmail is also illegal. I've also now been blocked from replying to the agent. Funny that. I've contacted my bank and trading standards, as this company is basically a scam and conning you out of money. Despite all the refunds, I paid just over £45 and then £43 for for return postage. So I've basically paid £88 for items of poor quality and that I didn't even keep. Disgrace, as inbmy previous emails, I've reported this company to trading standards and also contacted my bank to see how they can help

I ordered a blue halter neck dress for my daughter’s Debs(Prom). The dress came within the timeline guide given. The dress was exactly as pictured on the site. The fabric was high quality and the workmanship also. The dress was beautiful. Unfortunately it was too tight and as it was a silk satin like fabric any alternations to let it out would have been noticeable. So I contacted the customer care service. First I dealt with Rebecca and she provided me with my return/ refund options. Once I considered these, I made contact again and chose a full refund, this time I dealt with Macy and she provided clear instructions for processing my refund. I had to return the dress to a Texas address, which did cost €30 but this was to be expected. In the meantime, my daughter saw a new dress on the web site, I contacted the service team, this time Phoebe dealt with my request and I changed from a full refund to a 100% coupon to order the second dress, so cannot review that yet. But I am very happy with my experience so far all three service team agents were helpful and polite to deal with. Hopefully the new dress will be as good quality as the first and this time it it will fit, as we ordered a bigger size. Thank you for your assistance so far with my two orders.

Beautiful prom dress!!!!
I was really apprehensive after reading the reviews, however I still ordered as my daughter had her heart set on a dress for prom.
I'm giving 4 stars because I received replies back to both my emails to customer service. Delivery wasn't as quick as I expected - I ordered on the 30th April and received on the 19th May, and I paid extra for expedited delivery, too.
The dress arrived and is BEAUTIFUL!!!! It looks exactly like the picture! I will say, don't go by the sizes, go by the measurements. My daughter is a busty 12 and I ordered a size 16. Fit her like a glove!
I would order from Queendancer again :)

This company is a sham. Uk website but it’s evident after dealing with them that it’s a Chinese company, shipping cheap goods from China. Ordered shoes/sandels in uk size 7. When arrived it was evident they were not a size 7 but more like a size 6. Tried to return but they won’t accept returns on so called accessories. A total waste of €30. Surely there’s laws on an entity disguising itself as a UK company online & not able to return goods. Dresses ordered, too were not a good fit, not well made & sizing is not as described. Save your money. Hate to say it but at least with Amazon you are able to return items.

I got on the website, and had a promotion saying I would get 50% off my first order, only to be disappointed I got only 10%. And then in order to guarantee my shipping without problems it’s an additional fee. My big Cuban white night event is on 5 June.
