I absolutely love my Queenira Bag!!! I selected the one that has my sorority colors and it is perfect. I also did not realize that a matching wallet would accompany it so that made me even more so pleased. The material appears to be heavy duty without being heavy….a bag I believe will last for a very long time. My only downfall is that I wished that I would have ordered one that had my name on it. Overall, great product!!!

I ordered 2 bags. One for myself and one for my daughter. I was not given the option to have our names on the bags. I would have loved to have that. Also the zipper on the bags and the wallets were stuck.

the product is beautiful but the packaging is terrible. a bag this beautiful should be protected in a box for shipping, not wrapped in plastic. as a result it was stuffed in my mailbox and now it has terrible creases. if it was shipping in a box, this would not have happened.

Just received my purse and wallet that I was anxiously waiting for to carry for an upcoming sorority event. The packaging for the price of this purse and wallet was subpar. The purse was crunched and when I opened the wallet the zipper is broke. The outside of the wallet had some kind of gunk on it. It was disappointing for what I was expecting and the amount of money I paid. So many questions of why a company of this caliber would ship products haphazardly. Attention to detail is very important when it comes to customer service and price !!! Do better !!!

Everything is wonderful and the product is perfect. It took waaaaaay too long to be delivered though.
This was for my wife Tess for a super fantastic wife, friend, mother and grandmother for mother's day and I only wish this very special woman did not have to wait so long to receive this small token of my love and appreciation for her.
Did I mention that she travels to Ghana and Togo and other African countries as a volunteer minister and licensed councilor with Project Safety Nets?
She loves her new bag and the story associated with it. I simply wish the delivery time could have been shorter.
