Queensell Reviews

Fast delivery but never got the mesage saying item shiped

Nice backgammon set for a reasonable price. Will get lots of use. A+ seller! Already won my first game against husband! :-)

This Queensell set of double-six dominoes is fantastic for the price. In may case, that also included free shipping. I'm very pleased both with the product and with the company.

One of my dominoe tiles was discoloured. When I reached out to customer service and they verified the problem, they sent out a replacement set immediately.
I was impressed!

Great dominoes for people with vision problems!

We received our Mexican Train set with 1 tile incorrect. Queensell immediately corrected the issue. We received it within a week.

My items came promptly. There was a little confusion with a request to return an item, but once Queensell found my email they went right into action. The new items arrived just as quickly, they credited my payment, and sent some accessories. A+++++

Immediately responded to my issue and our Mexican Train Domino set is complete! Fun game.

After tearing my house apart looking for my backgammon set, I finally broke down and ordered a new NICER set. And just for kicks, I added a nice set of Dominoes. Queensell products are fantastic. The game pieces are high quality, as is the carrying cases. Looking forward to broadening my horizons with new games from the.

Item shipped super fast and was just as expected Great quality. Will order again from Queensell.

I love your games (dominoes) good quality dominoes tiles.. I had to order a second second set.. thanks Queensell for selling good quality games. Also delivery is fast.

Very good experience dealing with Queensell about missing order (See 1 star review). Finally got it straightened out and received my package. Very pleased.

Excellent customer service! I purchased a set of Double Six Dominoes. There was an issue with one domino in the set, and Queensell provided a replacement set free of charge.

Probably not the company's fault but the item never arrived.

I was initially pleased with the beautiful chessboard and packaging. However, I was disappointed by the inconsistent quality of the chess pieces. Several pieces had noticeable imperfections and felt poorly made, which detracted from the overall experience.

I recently purchased a set of dominoes and received them in a timely manner. When I opened up the box and my family started to play, we noticed that one of the tiles had ink on the side and top of the tile (which unfortunately means it is marked and everyone knows what numbers are on that tile). I wrote to customer service asking for just one replacement tile. The response time was amazing and within 24 hours I had a new complete set of dominoes! I am so impressed by the prompt response and professionalism – I can’t say enough about this company!

Product is high quality, can’t wait to give it as a gift

I ordered 2 Double 18 Mexican Train Domino sets and they are great except the color of the dots are horrible. I have ended up painting the dots of 7 sets. Your colors are hard to distinguish from each other and only the 10s and 6s are nice bright. Otherwise it's a great set.

Agent made me a great offer and I got more then I expected.
