Brilliant company, saved me a lot of money. I found the staff very friendly, thorough and easy to deal with. The tax reclaim process was all explained clearly to me and wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Seem to know exactly what they are doing.

I have been working with QLC since Oct 2023 after our R&D claim had been unfairly rejected by HMRC. From the very beginning, I have had incredibly clear guidance from our assigned consultant, Ruari. Time was taken to understand our industry and the work we have been doing. Subsquently we were able to redefine our project and insist a review of our case. Ruari's extensive knowledge of legislation and guidelines enabled us to gain a successful result and given us the confidence to continue our research. Superb company. Makes R&D accessible for companies of any size. I used to see R&D as something complicated that was only for larger companies but it really isn’t if you do it through these guys.

There is zero jargon, you basically just outline the work you have been doing and give them access to your accounts. They then go away and translate the whole thing into HMRC language and send it off. It's also very personal so if they need to clarify something or you need support they will talk you through it, a brilliant hybrid of concierge support with the convenience of a simple interface and process.

We are a small company that has only started doing R&D in recent years. So far we have got over £10,000 and I would say I have spent less than a day to get that return.

Their fee is based on the amount you get back and there is no minimum so it is a no-brainer really.
