Case enquiry quickly resolved in a really professional and friendly manner well done quick tutors

I had a subscription which I had clicked on without knowing but once I got through to customer services they were very helpful and responsive and refunded all the payments made. I was very grateful to them and it was money I couldn’t really afford to lose. I deducted one star as it took a while to get through to them but when I did, they were very helpful.

This company took my money in an mis leading way in my opinion and then when I got in touch with them for a refund to explain they would not refund me. I clicked a link for a walk in Meanwood Park and it took me to this link and asked me for 92p. I thought this was for the walk map - my error - and was happy to pay this. The company then went on to charge me £22 for a months subscription. So poor.

It’s a scam - luckily my bank & credit card company identified it and stopped payment. The website debited me £0.1 for downloading a map then it holds your card data to start charging £22.50 monthly. Credit card company had to cancel card - so beware!

I inadvertently subscribed to this company whilst on a different website, I contacted them and explained and they very kindly cancelled my subscription and refunded the money I had paid, very happy

I downloaded a manual for a nad turn table and had found that inadvertently I had taken out a subscription for something but give them there due they have refunded me promptly

Please 🙏 people by no account fall prey to this so called company, they are scam artists operating out of Cyprus looking to lock you into subscription in order to steal your money.

We had a mix up regarding the subscription, I will add that this was not Quick Tutor’s error but mine. They dealt with the issue quickly and resolved it to my satisfaction 😊.

You get auto subscribed too somehow , and all emails go to junk email.
Very strange. Raised with the bank to claim this money back as £22.50 per month without my knowledge is fraud!

This is a scam. After QuickTutor announced my account was up for renewal at £22.50 per month I wrote saying I had never started a subscription. They sent me a trouble ticket saying my “renewal” had been cancelled. Imagine my surprise when I was debited £22:50 this morning. You cannot cancel by accessing the “click here” here button under faq- it doesn’t work of course. Try calling them? No response yesterday after 3 minutes or today after 5 minutes. So I have escalated with my bank and Apple.

I am delighted that my issue has been resolved. The customer support team showed a high level of professionalism
