They send me a prepaid label and i sent them in $500 worth of med supplies. They cheated me and never paid me or even responded to my contact attempts.

Was scammed by this guy business Richard Spillman.

We all need to come together and file a big law suit on this company run by Richard Spillman for theft and fraud.After all these complaints why isn't he in trouble for scamming all of these people my goodness .He received my strips on December 20th and I still haven't got no money..He had fun spending all our money he made off of us sending our diabetic supplies to him..He's threatened people and says he will deduct $50.00 per hour out of your payment when you text him to see why you didn't receive your money yet etc etc We need to take some legal action against this swindler NOW !!!!!

An utter scam. They sent the mailer and I sent the test strips just as directed. I never saw a penny.

I wish I would have found these reviews prior to sending in my shipment. My experience is like everyone else's here. They've had my package for over two months and have not provided payment. Multiple emails have gone unanswered. Do not do business with this company.

They don't actually pay you for your test strips. I sent in my order back in August and was told multiple times that they had sent a check out to me, which wasn't true as I have not received anything from them. I've made multiple BBB complaints, which they don't care about either. So in short, do NOT attempt to sell them your test strips. They'll just steal from you. I will be following up with hopeful legal action later on.

yeah what a lie they received my stuff 2 weeks ago an the number they have one line is busy all the time,the other number I found is no longer in service an I have emailed them off there site 6 or more time an I haven't got nothing

QUICK CASH 4 TEST STRIPS...Wait, doesn't the website state to wait a month before contacting them about your order? Is that quick? My order arrived AUGUST 15th 2022. I waited a month and contacted them by phone. Their phone is not disconnected...you are blocked after calling 2 times. (In a month) IT IS NOW NOVEMBER 21ST. I contacted the BBB and Richard Dick spill man said he was going to send me my payment through paypal 15 days ago after telling me the check is in the mail twice. I never asked for a check. I asked for paypal on the original form. Contact postal inspector.

Detailing my experience would just mirror all the other complaints about Richard Spillman's business practices so there's not much use in redundancy here. I will add that staying with my complaint filed thru the BBB did eventually get results. Also, the Beaumont Police Department advises sending him a certified letter, signature required, demanding payment or return of merchandise within 10 days. If he doesn't, then file a complaint online with them. I also filed a complaint with Facebook and the Texas Attorney General. Maybe if enough people do that then something will eventually get done to do him in.

I really wish I would have the reviews before sending my 7 brand new boxes I PAID $498.00 for smh through my healthcare medical card. I sent my boxes Sept 21st 2022. I got a email stating it takes 30 days to process so I waited patiently however the whole point was for me to pay my Oct rent which still hasn't happened. This man (Rich Spillman) sent me a email after I asked him when will I get my payment via PayPal, he states that he received my package Sept 26th and a payment should go out no later than Oct 26th 2022. I waited 7 more more days after that nothing. I emailed him twice no response then November 7th he states that his packages have been getting stolen from the local postal carriers and his website was hacked and does not represent the actual prices for the boxes an tells me he will get back to me later ! Wow this the worst liar in the world. I sent a complaint to the BBC and the Criminal Crime Investigators! he owes me $504 based on the price calculator on the website ! He's a criminal! for the amount of people complaining about him and his website is still running? is just crazy!

Sent 6 boxes and was promised a check from rich spillman contacted bbb to resolve it and nothing he tells bbb that I never contacted him even though I have proof I did contact him more than 5 times this guy needs to be locked up for fraud I will be contacting Texas police on this Matter this is totally unacceptable

I sent 4 boxes of test strips to this company about 2 months ago called the phone number listed for the company and was given an email for the owner who was stated to me in charge of payments texted him about my payment and received a generic email back.Please do not waste your time you will not be paid this company is a scam there are numerous complaints to BBB.I was promised $168 every box was in excellent condition and was padded b4 sending them.Will now contact BBB.Always check customers reviews first I wish I had b4 sending my 4 boxes of test strips to "Quick Cash for test strips"strips

I sent 4 boxes of Accu chec to them last month on the 11th no check and when I email customer service no reply but I will be reporting this matter.

This company, specifically the owner Richard Spillman, is the most fraudulent I have ever had the misfortune of doing business with! And I am one of the “lucky” ones because I DID get paid although not what I was owed and most certainly not in a timely manner. And because I reviewed this business for what it is, I was emailed by the owner and threatened. Told to take my review down or I would be sued, I didn’t take it down. Later I was told he would deduct $50/hr. if I continued to ask where my money was. Excuse me?! You have my strips, I have nothing and I’m supposed to say nothing? I contacted the Beaumont,Tx. Better Business Bureau and filed a complaint. For anyone contemplating taking a chance and sending your strips to this business, over 1000 complaints have been filed. I can not emphasize enough that this man and this business do not operate in an honest manner and apparently the State of Texas cannot do anything about it. But if we spread the word we might be able to put one crook out of business.

This Company is a fraud, I sent 4 boxes of Test Strips in perfect condition with expiration in given said time limits I personally went to US Post Office on September 2,2022 And Mailed out the pre postage box sent by this Company, I have not been paid for the boxes of Test strips which is supposed to be $148.00 reason being said that they never received the box containing the test strips I don't believe that to be true. I have emailed and tryed calling several times and nothing in return I only received email from owner of Company man named Richard who claimed they did not receive anything from my name I know I sent the and they had to have received them,but they are just trying to scam me like I read they done to others I just want to get paid by this Company and be done with them My lesson learned to search better at these companies before being made fool out of....

I sent my package at the beginning of July. I received a partial payment at the end of August with a note that said I will receive the rest at a later date. The check I got was dated for for September 21st...3 weeks away. The owner did authorize for a quicker payment. Now I don't get any responses and they still owe me over $500

I sent 5 boxes of 50 test strips. They got the box September 26. I can’t even get a email, phone call. Nothing! I needed that money by far don’t send these people anything! Absolute Joke!! I was supposed to get paid $175… I don’t get responses back. This money I use to feed my kids!

We sent 2 boxes of free style lite 100ct for a $84 payment that has not gotten. we sent an email to this POS for him to say that his staff received our box and we would receive our payment in the order they received it. Big scam! They received 11 boxes of onetouch ultra on Aug. 19, 2022. I started emailing rich spillman on 9-26. Never responded. But as soon as I filed a complaint with Bbb, there was an instant response. They stated my check was mailed 9-23,2022 even though I requested payment by PayPal. Still waiting on payment. What a sorry excuse for a human being!!!
