Hi Will,

We’re sorry this process felt frustrating, but we’d also like to clarify the timeline of your order.

Your artwork required several updates before it was ready for production, and our team worked with you through those revisions and proof approval. During our email communication, the required delivery date provided to us was October 28.

Your order was delivered on October 26 — two days before that requested delivery date.

We also want to clarify that overnight shipping refers to the transit service used after a custom order has completed artwork approval and production. It does not mean a custom-printed order will arrive the day after the order is placed.

We understand that tight timelines can be stressful, and we’re sorry if our communication during the artwork process wasn’t as clear or fast as you expected. However, we’re glad we were ultimately able to complete the revisions, produce the order, and have it delivered ahead of the October 28 deadline you provided.

We’re very sorry for the frustration this caused during setup.

We do make updates to our product structures from time to time as we improve the displays, and unfortunately, the installation guide you received had not yet been updated to match the latest version of your booth. We apologize for not keeping the instructions in sync with the product.

Each connection point on the frame is labeled with a corresponding number, so the frame can still be assembled by matching the numbered connections. However, we completely understand that having an up-to-date diagram would have made the process much clearer and easier.

We’re updating the installation guide for this model immediately so future customers receive instructions that match the current product structure.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We take your feedback seriously and are sorry that the instructions made your setup more difficult than it needed to be.

We’re truly sorry for the frustration and stress this caused you. Waiting for an important shipment without getting the updates you need is incredibly frustrating, especially with an event date approaching. We should have communicated more clearly and consistently with you throughout the process, and we sincerely apologize for falling short there.

After the shipping address was changed while the order was already in the shipping process, our team worked to coordinate the updated delivery. Your order was shipped in two separate packages, with the frame going out first and the graphic following afterward. Both packages were successfully delivered.

We knew your event was on September 18, so our team worked to make sure the complete order arrived by September 17, one day before your event.

While we’re relieved everything arrived in time, we understand that the lack of clear updates made the experience much more stressful than it needed to be. We genuinely appreciate your feedback and will use it to improve how we communicate with customers when shipping changes or split deliveries happen.
