Have used Quick stitch a few time and have been very happy with ther polite and professional work .
I was out with my walking gear on and had a problem with my zip on my water proof legging the zip would not close as I was going past ali shop in davenport i called in to see if they could help. And ali look to see what he could do and he fixed within a minutes then I was on my way.no charge thanks Ali and your team.

Extremely pleased with our curtain alterations from Quick Stitch Davenport, who provided a very friendly, professional service. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again.
I bought some eyelet lined curtains which needed altering to pencil pleat, the drop was done perfectly and even the large bay window curtains, which needed both the width and drop increasing, was done seamlessly to a very high standard. I spoke with Ali, who was very helpful and able to give me a quote over the phone, I dropped my curtains off the same day and they were ready within a week.

I had the main zip replaced after the original failed.
Thankfully they have the heavy duty machinery to do this !!.
Only took 5 days to do & well pleased with the workmanship & cost compared to a new jacket.

Me and my son went to quickstitch to have my dress and my son's costume altered for a wedding, I requested my dress to be ready within one week and the service was brilliant from start to finish, they were even very patient with my little son during taking his measurements , everything was perfect on time , i highly recommend them , thankyou Quickstitch!

Tailor ignored the sleeve length that we agreed to for shortening my brand new jacket & cut them way too short.
On return it smelt strongly of cigarettes.
Lovely jacket is ruined.

I took my new designer coat here. I was met by a lovely gentleman who fitted the coat for me and said it would be ready to collect in one week. I returned and was again met by a very professional seamstress who had the coat ready for me to try. It is perfect. I will definitely return here. The workmanship that has gone into making this coat a perfect fit is of the highest standard. Thank you.

Had the set Waterproof repaired excellent work great price recommend to anybody

The service was excellent I took my granddaughter Demi in 3 weeks ago to have her prom dress altered we went into today to collect it and it was perfection Demi was so happy with the Dress I would highly recommend this establishment to any one who would like a professional job done on any outfit Kind regards

Took in a pair of suit trousers for repair .
As always a perfect job was done at a fair price .

Bought a brand new three piece suit from Vinted but the trousers were too wide and too long. I've been to Quick Stitch Davenport before and the service was great then. Just as before the trousers have been tailored perfectly. Quick Stitch provide a precise and professional service. You won't go wrong if you ensure your measurements are correct and you've explained exactly what you require. I find it hard to believe some of the 1 star reviews for Quick Stitch as they've always been great when I've used them.

The man at Quick Stitch was lovely. However, I am slightly disappointed with my experience. I was told to come back the same time the next day, which I did. When I arrived it hadn’t been done, which I understood as it had been busy. So I waited around 40 minutes for them to be done then. When my item was ready, it was well finished, but a new dart had been made (in a rush to finish i assume) meaning my item doesn’t fit, after getting my measurements taken. I think had Quick Stitch of taken their time with my item it would have been more precise. After travelling from relatively far I was a bit disappointed.

Have had a few repairs and some curtains shortened. All excellent fast and well priced.

Wow , so my husband bought me a lovely Sister Jane dress, as a surprise present, unfortunately it was a little bit tight ( I need to admit I've put on 6lb) and possibly get a size bigger. The dress arrived at 1pm in the post and I wanted to wear it for date night , the same day, I telephoned Quick Stitch for advice, and popped over, they fixed my dress , with a bigger zip and I picked it up at half 4...so I think this service is excellent, it really is " quick stitch" polite, helpful, and I got to wear my beautiful dress...thank you quick stitch, I recommend them..brilliant!

Dropped a tweed jacket off for a moth hole repair on the sleeve. Asked whether the repair would be invisible, to which the answer was yes. Collected the jacket, and the invisible repair involved a 2 inch pleat in the sleeve material and sewing it together. It was more obvious than the small (6mm) moth hole. Told them I wasn’t happy, and was asked to come back in 1 hour. Returned after an hour, and the subsequent repair was little better, but still blatantly obvious. I deciding to cut my losses and try elsewhere, where a professional repair could be undertaken. Upon getting the jacket home, we found the stitching on the sleeve lining to be coming apart. Definitely won’t be using Quick Stitch ever again.

Dropped my daughters trousers and top to be taken up & taken in 2 and a half weeks ago. I said I needed it for 1st July and they said no problem come on 27th june.
I arrived on 27th for it to still have the pins in and not even started. To then be told they’ve been so busy because of prom. I then said it’s been here 2 weeks and this was an after prom outfit so equally important.
The lady then said come back this afternoon and I said I’d be there for 3.30pm, I came back at 4pm and they had not even started it AGAIN!!!!
No apology no nothing!!!
She said she’d get it done for the next day.
I rocked up today and the top… too small!!! I mean come on!!!
I then came to pay the amount of £52, to which I advised her I’d paid £52 worth of fuel coming back & to the shop! She then offered it at £45.
Again… no apology or any sign that she was sorry!
Overall a very stressful experience & I won’t be returning!!
