When considering getting a storage unit, on a recommendation from a friend we visited Quickstore. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the facility is clean and very significantly more secure than some alternatives so we signed up later that day and have not regretted it. 24/7 access is available using a sophisticated code system which also controls individual intruder alarms for each unit. Large trolleys and smaller sack trucks are available to help ease the load, and if your unit is upstairs the lift is big enough to accommodate the trolleys. I'm almost sad to be moving as our new home city doesn't have a Quickstore!

Staff were very friendly and helpful would be nice if a lower first rental for renters of over a months as other storage companies are offering otherwise no problems.

The manager, Martin, was extremely helpful at every stage of the process of renting, from initial enquiry, downsizing to a smaller space and finally emptying. The space rented was clean, dry and as promised. Exemplary service.

Plymouth Quickstore is convenient, clean and tidy and the staff are very helpful. We had a lock-up for a couple of years and were very happy with everything, thanks.

They really know how to best advise, assist and keep personal belongings safe. For several years I have felt in great care at all times.

I was recommended to them by a relation who had used their services and have never regretted it . Plenty of warning is given when direct debit payments are due . In addition I found them very helpful when I needed to reassess my requirements when the work was carried out exactly as agreed

Ease of use and helpfulness of staff made up for the higher cost of the facility over other local options. The store was clean, warm and secure with good access. No notice of termination needed and a fast refund of any over paid costs was made.

I recently had to bring my car to the UK for winter storage. The ferry was originally planned to arrive at closing time but the store manager Julie M. promised to make sure I would still be able to get in as I had a flight back home the next day. As it turned out, the ferry was delayed several hours but Julie stayed behind, well into the evening, until I arrived. She then patiently waited until the car was sorted out for its stay and kindly drove me several miles to the railway station for the next part of my journey. I don't know if her devotion to her employer and job is typical of the company but she is a credit to the Saltash office of Quickstore and an inspiration to how all customer focused business should be managed.
