I am currently trying to cancel my account however because when I signed up I was missing 1 letter from my email, my account was registered under an invalid email.

This has resulting in them telling me they cannot cancel my account because they need me to email from the account that was used to sign up, obviously this is impossible as the account is invalid. In the meantime they charge your bank card hidden fees.

I am now going to have to cancel my credit card

I want to share my experience with QuickWin so no one else goes in blind like I did.

I’ve been trying to get my very first withdrawal processed for weeks now. Despite following all their rules, providing documents, and being super patient, I’ve been blocked at every corner. Withdrawals get stuck at Stage 2 for days with no real updates, or worse, suddenly cancelled last minute with zero communication.

They keep giving vague excuses — blaming payment providers or my bank (which I’ve checked, and there’s nothing wrong on my side) — but they never show any proof or explain properly what’s going on. It’s frustrating and feels like they’re just delaying me.

SCAMMERS AND THIEVES! Say you deposit 30$ - they give you a bonus - maybe you'll see 120$ in your account but you have like 24h to spend $3000 or you lose everything - including your own money you deposited (I get losing bonus money but not your own money!) Even when you do manage to play with your own money the withdrawal has limits and it takes days and harassing them every step of the way. Don't waste your money here.

In the space of a weeks, I bet over €1,000 at the casino without winning more than 20x, then a VIP assistant contacted me by email and phone in my native language, which really surprised me, and it seems that these services have employees in individual countries to support you in playing, but when I told him and the support, which now only communicates with automatic messages in English, that I wanted to delete my account, I didn't get any answers.
The casino does not offer the option of a daily playing limit and the only thing they limit is the amount of money you can withdraw and you will have to wait a long time for it compared to other casinos. So it is just a black hole for money and the only way to be in profit at the casino is to be very lucky to win on your first deposit and never come back after withdrawing. As for me, I'm already in too deep, so after withdrawing the remaining money, I'll spam email support about deleting my account and try to forget everything.
