Great product for the cost and fits our needs for mission quilts. Very fast shipping and customer support is awesome.

I was excited to find the batting I wanted for my quilt. I ordered it and 3 weeks later notified they are still 5-6 weeks out from delivery. I will need to buy batting from a different store to finish my quilt in time. I would be cautious if ordering if you need right away as delivery very slow. I kept the order as I will eventually get it and hopefully can use for my next quilt. I did notify them to change address as due to the late delivery I will be in new location. They did respond to me within a couple of days to change address. I was appreciative of that

This purchase was a great experience due to my mistake being rectified the same day as I left a message at the contact number for help! The office manager, David, was very knowledgeable about everything I needed corrected, and he also told me about the 8-week delay in shipping along with the reason why. This was so unusual and delightful.

It was the best deal I could find. Free shipping was an added benefit.

David called me and helped me to choose the right thing! After that, delivery was prompt.

The product i was looking for, in the size I needed, and delivered in the promised timeframe.

I have not received the product as to date 3/13/26 so I can not rate anything as of right now I am not sure when I am suppose to receive my items

While quilt batting was responsive to my question, the time for delivery is horrific. I understand it’s a supply issue, but I would have liked to know this before ordering.

Took quite a while to receive the order, but I wasn't in a hurry, nice quality product.

Still waiting for my order. Shipping time is way too long. I ordered the batting on Feb 9th and still haven’t received word that it has been shipped.

They listed an item as available but it wasn't. They sent an email with the estimated delivery date, which was a few weeks away. Now the date has passed and still no update. I can't help but feel scammed at this point.

I placed an order for Quilters Dream batting, for a total of about $447.00. I appreciated being notified that the order would not be filled for several weeks, due to problems on QD’s end, as well as offered the opportunity to switch products, which I declined. However, I was rather upset that my credit card was charged for the full amount at the time of purchase, instead of when the product was actually shipped.

Communication needs to be improved. I was notified that there would be a shipping delay, no problem, but the roll arrived today or yesterday??? and was dropped off up against a tree! And with the snow and ice: not good! If I had known it was coming for sure then I could have been more prepared, but it seems to be in good shape so four stars.
