Extremely unprofessional. So I went to her being that she specializes with coloring/ treatments and short hair. I told her I wanted to bleach my hair and style it short. She insisted that I perm along with bleaching. Now that’s too many chemicals for a person’s hair ( even an experienced hairstylist would know that to not bleach and perm at the same time). I told her I didn’t feel comfortable with her doing that, especially being that I have alopecia in my family. She kept insisting to do both. So I gave in. As she started putting the bleach in my hair after perming it, my scalp immediately felt like it was on fire. ( this should definitely not happen bc after this situation I bleach my own hair and never have any burning sensation, maybe tingling) after telling her my scalp was burning. She told me that’s normal waited a few more minutes then washed it out. She knew my hair was damaged and cut it real low so you can’t tell. She also flat ironed it which made my hair even weaker. I waited a few days & went to curl my hair to make the style look fresh, and my hair immediately burned and fell off. When I told her this and went to her, She told me it’s not her fault , adamant that it’s ok to bleach and perm at the same time, that my bald spots aren’t that bad and how I’m crazy. She even started talking about my personal life which she knows absolutely nothing about. After she treated and did my hair, she even jabbed me in my arm saying “ see it’s not bad” that was very inappropriate, because what if I punched her back. She is extremely unprofessional, and evil because she pretends to be an empowering woman of God, but how if you can’t even take accountability that you made my hair fall out and didn’t care about the integrity of my hair and my well being . I’m unable to download the pics of my bald spots and how she damaged my hair, which must be God sparing her.

I received a refund back so disappointed

Absolutely horrible
I ordered on 10/17/2023 and never received the merchandise. I checked the tracking and was told by UPS the sender needs to contact them.
When I contacted the seller she told me to contact UPS and quoted “We ship they deliver” Contact UPS .
Why would anyone want to do business with you. I try and patronize my own black businesses, but this is why it’s very hard.

The service is always on point. Always go beyond to make sure you are happy as a customer.

This company has always used CPR (Courtesy, Professional & Respect) anytime I enter their establishment.
