This company continued to charge me and submit late work even after they were reminded in advance. I was charged for 2 assignments that they stated were no included in the initial pricing. Even after I shows proof that they were supposed to do them.

This company started off great. Great communication and easy payment transaction. Unfortunately after payment I didn't receive any communication, they missed the agreed upon deadline, didn't complete the course in its totality which now forces me to take the course again smh. Also a refund of pennies was returned as a credit to quiz easy without my permission. I reached out many times with no response and this is why I'm leaving this review. I paid a lot of money to have a course completed by a deadline and it wasn't completed and I didn't receive a refund that I can deposit into my personal account. I didn’t request a credit I want the assignment completed and since it hasn't been completed I want a refund.

If I could give a half star or no star review I would. It has been the worst experience ever. First they charge outrageous rates. Which I paid Bc money wasn’t a huge issue. Then they failed multiple assignments. One being a test and a quiz. Then issued a refund that could only be put in credit with them and a 10% discount. When asked to speak to a supervisor they don’t have one. It is all automated. Another instance was two days I paid for a basic assignment to get done. They agreed to have it done. Later that night “can we have 6 more hours” I gave them 12 hours and they still had to text me and could not complete it.

What an amazing experience I have had with quiz easy. They helped me with all my tasks and test . The headache I faced every week they gave me a peace about with their amazing experts .

Using the quizeasy was one of my best decisions. It's a useful platform with polite support which answers all questions. You can't go wrong with it.

At first I thought it was a scam but it’s not!! I swear they were so patient with me and answered all of my questions. They provided great service and were quick in responding. I definitely will be using them again in the near future!

They are professional and courteous. However, beware that the “experts” who are assigned to help you with your tasks- are not exactly “experts” in said tasks. After one successful task, no complaints and very good service I was delighted and super happy with everything. However, that ended quickly as I had issues with the second task I hired them for. The expert clearly did not understand the task they were assigned, did not bother to inform me or anyone of that fact, and went ahead to complete a final exam giving me a failing grade. Of course I was promised a remedy and that they would fix it and make it right. I had to pay a lot of money to a reattempt the final exam, only to once again have the expert rush through everything - not bother to study their feedback from the last exam, or refer to any study material and then of course fail the exam once again. This continued, over and over until finally on the 4th attempt - a passing grade was achieved.

I gave them the benefit of the doubt and chopped it up to bad luck. After all I hired someone to help because it was a very difficult mathematical course.

However, after hiring them one more time to help with a completely different exam on another topic - the result was exactly the same. A massive epic fail even worse than before. The worst part is that they did a practice exam first, and failed miserably with less than 50% grade. Then went on to complete the final exam, even after failing a practice exam - leaving me with a 30% grade. There are no second attempts on a FINAL exam, that’s why they are called final - it left me having to pay fees for another attempt each time. Need less to say… despite the professional service, the people they contract to help with exams are completely inept. By what logic would you attempt a final exam if you couldn’t even come marginally close to passing a practice exam. I feel ripped off, and slighted. It almost felt like a joke at one point I questioned if someone was doing this on purpose. Especially after that…. It’s insulting after such a horrible experience that they could allow that to happen. It’s common sense - if you can’t pass a practice exam, you clearly aren’t ready to pass a final exam. The fact they had that opportunity to do it correctly - and didn’t… says a lot. It shows they do not care whatsoever how this impacts their customers. It shows how UNprofessional their “experts” are, and their lack of common sense is appalling,

BEWARE. I’d be very very cautious. They tell you and reassure you that they have the most qualified top experts to help you! And then end up destroying your grades and costing you a fortune in fees. I wouldn’t trust them with any final exams, maybe simple coursework or draft projects . Anything final - no way.

Ps: they did NOTHING to compensate me for the hundreds of dollars I had to pay to fix THEIR mistakes. Despite being totally aware of the fact I had to pay for each reattempt, they took no additional time or effort to make it right the first time. Don’t put yourself in my position, even if you ask for your money back - they have to review and decide whether to give you a refund even after miserably failing despite the epic failure on the part of their contractor(s). You would think they would cover the cost and expenses you incurred solely due to their negligence. But no, you’ll be left completely out of pocket and have to fight for a refund of the money you paid them.
