Solicitas la baja, nunca llega, tratan de cargarte 49 euros en la tarjeta. Menos mal que BBVA tiene un servicio que vigila estos cargos y desactivaron la tarjeta en cuanto detectaron el cargo.
Te responden 3 semanas más tarde, cuando ya he tenido que dar de baja la anterior y aún estoy esperando la nueva, con todo el perjuicio que conlleva.

They don´t send what you order on the site. After some days they send email to remind about downloading. When clicking the link, you have to pay again. In the mean time you will be auto selected for new services to pay for. And their(?) support site is suspicious, asking about nonsense things and demands a payment.

Estafadores. Que asco de aplicaciones te sacan el dinero solo por que se les da la gana entre para ver agate algo que decía free y paga $4.99 por calar. Una semana y enseguida no pasaron unos minutos. Me volvieron a hacer cobros de cuatro dolor de $19. Y este viernes me cobraron $49 de qué esto es una estafa. Esto es un robo, un abuso de confianza y por nada porque ellos no me han proporcionado absolutamente nada.

Be careful, this is a money grabber
Be careful! Once you have clicked on the £1 introductory offer which basically entitles you to almost nothing, the system starts pulling money from your account. Luckily I have notifications enabled on my iphone so was pretty shocked to find that transactions I had declined were going through. According to website the company is based in Cyprus. Then a transaction for an amount that I had not approved went through despite me having told my credit card company to block them . Have now destroyed my card and ordered new one.
I have emailed Atrix twice but no reply. I have not had a receipt or ticket number and there is nothing on the app to identify order. Golden rule….do not buy anything that is promoted on social media.
After posting this review Atrix say they have been in touch with an offer. Sadly it has not reached me yet

I would rate them very poorly. I have written to them several times to cancel my subscription but they continue to double take money to the sum of 200.00 every fortnight from my account. I would not trust them at all. I have just read some other of their reviews and seen how they are also being swindled and it’s impossible to cancel your subscription. Please do not use this company.Its been another week this company again trying to take money out of my account not once but double dipping and they write saying they have rectified the issue when clearly it is not the case. Can't cancel
I have been trying to cancel this "subscription" for over a week now. I've followed the steps on website, app and emailed multiple times. It is an absolute scam and I have not yet got this resolved. Astrix customer service, please confirm and resolve this immediately.

It's nothing more than a scam; every button you click will prompt you to make a payment. If you used Apple Pay even once, they'll continue using your card without your authorization. And even if you try to cancel the subscription the same day it was billed, they won't give you a refund
