Quizgecko has an awesome interface! It was handy, easy, enjoyable the process of making my first course and I have to recognize that I am impressed, in the good way, of course :) In three words: I recommend it!

The quizzes are full of bugs. For over a week now, all answers are being marked as incorrect, even on multiple-choice questions. Multiple reminders to support have yielded nothing: no communication or updates whatsoever.

Students are getting confused by these errors, while providing correct feedback should be the core business of this platform.

I absolutely cannot recommend this platform at this time. We will be canceling our subscription immediately due to this disgraceful handling of the situation.

Very effective tool for frequent users. Initially I was thinking I may not get good support when I have queries but though it is taking a bit time but the issue is been addressed. The time delay may be because of the team sitting in different time zone. My overall experience is very good and supportive.

The software works extremely well. I would highly recommend Quizgecko as a go to for quizzes. It is easy to use and the customer service is excellent. I had an issue with my billing and it was resolved the same day. Highly recommend.

I’ve used a variety of study tools over the years, but QuizGecko has been one of the most impactful for me.

I’m a pharmacy student with ADHD, and one of my ongoing challenges has been managing and organizing large amounts of information. In fast-paced, content-heavy courses, a lot of my energy used to go toward structuring material rather than actually learning it, which often led to overwhelm.

QuizGecko helped bridge that gap. By turning existing content into clear, targeted practice questions, it allowed me to focus more on understanding and retention and less on organization. The result was a study process that felt more efficient, less mentally draining, and better aligned with how my brain works.

What stood out most was how this translated beyond grades. QuizGecko supported a more sustainable approach to learning—one where academic progress didn’t require constant burnout or sacrificing well-being.

For students who feel capable but overwhelmed, especially those who are neurodivergent, QuizGecko is a thoughtfully designed tool that makes learning feel more manageable and sustainable.

The support is awesome and fast great experience

The service is great - it offers exactly what it claims, the quizes are really good and have helped me study. It is on the pricier side, but I have to point out the exceptional customer service. Would reccomend.

I requested a refund according to Quizgecko's policy which was denied, in breach of both their stated policy as well as UK consumer law(CCR 2013). I advise to never use their services.

James was very quick to respond to my issue and immediately issued a refund for me when I was mistakenly charged. The service was done with professionalism and efficiency. Customer service done in the highest manner👍🏾

It is very easy to use and offers a lot of variety, not just in English. New features keep coming. A very nice tool in your education arsenal

Very disappointed. Paying €70 to send emails highlighting bugs that aren't resolved rather than studying. At least five bug reports in one week.

I am French-speaking and everything is coded in French. Despite this, I receive negative feedback responses.

There is an option to create peers: unusable. It corrects poorly and gives you a fail when you pass. On the phone, it is impossible to see one of the columns. This completely blocks the questionnaire.

No possibility to manually indicate the problematic questions that you want to review at all costs -> the AI retains them for you once and then the counters reset to zero.

It is impossible to use the cards.

This site is primarily managed by AI. What are the developers doing? I used this site last year and had a better impression of the customer service.

In short, I'm going back to Quizlet -> half the price and extremely efficient.

Très déçue. Payer 70 euros envoyer des mails qui souligne des bugs et ne sont pas résolus plutôt que d'étudier. Au moins 5 signalements de bugs en une semaine de temps.

Je suis francophone et tout est encodé en français. Malgré tout, je recois des réponses de feedback en négatif.

Il y a une option pour créer des pairs : inutilisable. Elle corrige mal et vous met un échec alors que vous réussissez. Sur téléphone, impossible de voir l'une des colonnes. Du coup, cela bloque complètement le questionnaire.

Aucune possibilité d'indiquer manuelle les questions problématiques que l'on souhaite à tout prix revoir -> l'IA les retient pour vous une fois puis les compteurs retombent à zéro.

Impossible d'utiliser les cartes.

Ce site est gérer en première ligne par une IA. Que font les développeurs ? J'avais utilisé l'an passé ce site et avait un meilleur souvenir du service client.

Bref, je vais retourner sur quizlet -> 2 fois moins cher et ultra performant.
