Spoke to Tara W about my unique insurance requirements, being company no. 4, I was surprised by some of the points she raised that none of the other companies highlighted.

Very disappointed, recently moved house and called upto change my address. My renewal is less than a month very early aug and was told there maybe a small fee to pay.. was massively overcharged £53 just to change my address then add insult to the fee my renewal quote was over £700 based on my new address where with another insurance company quoted a fraction of the price and there was nothing to pay for change of address with my other definitely a legal way to rip people off

Fantastic experience this week dealing with Nicola Lee in arranging a mini-fleet policy for our 4 vans. She was very professional, efficient, friendly and helpful in going through the details of the policy to get it all right. Would highly recommend contacting Nicola and QMT brokers if you are looking for an insurance policy; I'm so pleased I stumbled across this company and I will be contacting them for my renewal next year and to help with our Public Liability Insurance.
