rabart.co.uk Reviews

Needed some wallpaper so visited their Swansea store and borrowed some sample books. Wallpaper we chose was available £30 cheaper online. As we had borrowed their sample books decided to buy from them to support a local business. 1 roll of paper had a flaw. When raised with Rabarts we had the run around. Wouldn't accept an emailed photo. Insisted we bring the flawed paper back. Having driven to the store with the flawed paper was told they needed the batch number. Obtained the batch number and then told needed the wrapper. Told they would have to send the flaw off to the manufacturer. Subsequently told they had emailed it but it took some time because they had to do that! No offer of compensation received. Poor attitude, moving goalposts and time wasted. Would not use again or recommend to anyone. Will relay experience to anyone who asks.

I needed to match a coated floor board to obtain a suitable varnish /oil to repair my hall flooring. The service I received from Steve and Danika was far and above what I would have expected. They gave me time and expertise. I left feeling happy and grateful.

Great paint and very quick service. High postage but great price on the paint.

Great service from this company. Very quick delivery and well packed. Many thanks.

Very easy to use website.
Excellent choice.
Very good pricing.
Fantastic delivery service - amazingly quick delivery and superbly packaged.

Absolutely superb. will definitely be buying paint from these guys again - price and delivery all perfect well done

All items ordered, delivered on time.

I ordered 3 tins of brilliant white gloss paint & only received 2 due to their carrier of choice (fedex) damaging one of them in their sorting centres. Took two weeks to replace & only did so after I contacted them.

High quality product. Prompt delivery. Reliable carrier. Stout packaging, effectively protecting the product (all recyclable too). Will certainly return to this supplier.

Amazing service, excellent price and next day delivery with plenty of updates.

Great price

I went to the shop yesterday with quite a complex and large order but forgot take my reading glasses. Mike was the gentleman who helped me, and his customer service, as well as him being friendly, professional and extremely helpful was above & beyond any expectations I could ever have as a customer of a retail company. It's very rare to meet somebody like Mike, who is passionate about the work they do and goes to extra lengths to make certain that the customer is satisfied... and I think that most people will agree that this is sadly lacking in today's consumer environment. I highly recommend Rabarts of Bath to anybody looking to decorate their house or business, as the products they sell are every bit as exceptional as the people selling them. I trust that this gentleman is recognized for his outstanding professionalism.

Extremely fast standard delivery, less than 24 hours.

I had great customer assistance after FedEx delivered late with my products.

Paint arrived quickly, excellent customer service...all you need

Knowing the product I ordered online, was due to above and beyond professional staff at Merthyr Tydfil Rabart store.

Super fast delivery and very well priced - thank you

Excellent, very fast service
