The racking was delivered two days…
The racking was delivered two days after ordering. It took me just under 2 hours to build, it is very sturdy and does not need securing to the wall. The only slight problem I had was with the tabs on the cross beams with a build up of paint making it difficult to fit but soon rectified it with a file. Reading other reviews regarding the MDF shelves I gave them 2 coats of sealer. I am really pleased with the racking, very good quality.

Very Poor Service
I ordered a pallet of racking on a 1/2 day delivery. After the second day had pasted, I received a message to say it had been delivered. This was obviously not true. I called the supplier and informed it had been damaged in transit and was now out of stock. I was then told I would received my delivery the following Thursday. I called the company on Wednesday to confirm the delivery for Thursday, only to be told once again there had been a delay and I was going to receive the goods Tuesday the following week.

To clarify, there were unfortunately two factors that impacted your order. Firstly, there was a transit issue involving damage, which affected the initial fulfilment. In addition to this, we also experienced delays in receiving stock into our warehouse due to wider supply chain disruptions. This has been further impacted by the current situation affecting shipping routes in the region near Iran, which has caused significant delays across multiple shipments into the UK.
That said, we fully appreciate that none of this changes the experience you had, and we are very sorry for the repeated changes to your delivery expectations. We understand how frustrating this must have been and we are actively working with our logistics partners to improve communication and reduce delays wherever possible.

We’re sorry to hear that you found the unit difficult to assemble and that it didn’t meet your expectations. That’s certainly not the experience we aim to provide.
That said, we do want to offer some context. We sell tens of thousands of these units a year and encounter very few issues overall. In fact, our return rate is under 0.5%, which reflects the overall quality and reliability of the product, something consistently supported by the majority of our customer reviews.
Our specification is also stronger than many comparable products on the market, using thicker chipboard and heavier-gauge steel than many competitors. Because of this, we’re a little unsure why your reviews repeatedly reference other companies’ products in comparison.
We’re also surprised that we haven’t heard from you directly regarding a return or request for support, especially if the product has been such a disappointment. Our team is always available to help resolve any issues, whether that’s guidance with assembly or arranging a return if needed.

Easy to assemble and tidied my garage up nicely. However had to sand shelf corners on top shelf to fit to end caps.
Jury still out on the MDF shelving, but time will tell.

you sent instructions for shelving not the bench
you sent instructions for shelving not the bench, which could be a problem for a first time purchaser, as i already had some shelving , it was not a problem.
However ! the DPD delivery was very poor , they gave a date, then said it could not be delivered on that date. I put a new date the the online form which they said OK. Then they delivered it on date when no one was at home and it was not signed for, I arrived home to find it sitting in the rain. Very disappointing

The product was good and easy to assemble. But there was a mix up that caused my delivery to be delayed for an extra day even though I placed my order before 15.00 and paid the extra for 1 - 2 day delivery.
