Great racking for the garage.
I bought the blue and orange heavy duty racks. They were easy to build and very solid when built. I went for the melamine shelves which are excellent. There’s a good choice of sizes available to fill any space. All in all very pleased. They’re not cheap, but you get what you pay for.

Unfortunately some of it was damaged in transit. After leaving an email, replacement parts were sent out and arrived the next day.

This did not go well …
Honestly said it would be ready to collect in an hour, went to collect, but they said it had been dispatched for delivery, ended up being delivered to my house which was 25 miles away from where I needed it, so had to divert a friend with a big vehicle to collect it, wasted hours in a day, then opened it up and it was scratched and damaged, had to give the customer a big discount, ended up costing me money, not happy

Great company but Atrocious carrier!
I have amended this review & rating as I have communicated with the company who have sincerely apologised & advised they will be changing carrier. I would add I have total faith in racking solutions as the product is excellent. But stand by my comments below regarding their current carrier.
I know have Ordered but not delivered on time, if you want your order on time ensure they are not using “DHL” who are abysmal as a carrier.
The carrier said they could not deliver, however they never tried “I gave cctv”!’
When delivered 3 days later the packaging was extremely damaged!!
The carrier left it outside without waiting for confirmation of receipt!!!
I do feel the supplier Racking Solutions” need to take appropriate action. As I would / will not place an order again if the carrier is the same!

The pressed slots in the uprights…
The pressed slots in the uprights weren’t deep enough to take the tags on the horizontal supports without a lot of fiddling and force. I bought similar shelving 12 months ago which went together much easier.

The steel is powder-coated, which can sometimes introduce a very slight tolerance on the pressed slots, and this may mean a bit of extra adjustment is needed when fitting the tags on the horizontal supports.

That said, we do expect the process to be as straightforward as possible, so we appreciate you highlighting this, especially as your previous experience with similar shelving was smoother.

Fast order processing and delivery and regrettably, on arrival 2 of the Wham boxes had got damaged in transit but I took photo and emailed customer services and they immediately dispatched replacements that arrived quickly and undamaged. Then the tacking unit itself went together quickly and well
