On a tech support level, It does seem like they could use more folks in the team, but their services have been fantastic.

We migrates on-prem servers via a VM structure to different VPS solutions. But when we broke two of our VPS devices the backup facility is not a total backup as you would think. If you restore a backup it will remove any networking or custom setup things like UFW rules, Docker containers etc.
