Hazel called right away when my credit card wasn't going through due to suspected transaction. What I had done was not put in my middle initial (no space for it). She fixed it right away! Best customer service I think I have received in a very long time.

The service. They went "out of the way" to make sure the purchase was successful. For some reason my card was cancelled and I verified the purchaser was correct to the bank. They sent a couple of inquiries that I verified. Service called me and completed the transaction satisfactorily. I am satisfied.

I ordered two “Night Spark Tactical Flashlights” from RadicalGadgetHub for $40 each, and what I received was nothing like what was advertised. Instead of the promised 9000-lumen, aircraft-grade aluminum tactical flashlight, I got cheap, lightweight plastic knockoffs that are dim, flimsy, and clearly worth only a few dollars. This is blatant false advertising and a bait-and-switch scam. I am pursuing a refund and chargeback, and I strongly warn others to avoid this site and stick to reputable brands and retailers.

OVERCHARGED
I purchased reading glasses which were advertised as $25 & change. My final bill came to two bills $35. And plus a separate bill for $9.95 There was no way to cancel this and the prices only came up AFTER the credit card payment went through.

After further discussion of the situation, Hazel resolved the problem professionally and with passion toward me. Good lord, ordered the world most powerful flashlight, never expected them to be that good for $30, but never expected them to be so cheaply made and dim. Fully charged them and what a shock. Looking for stocking stuffers for use in vehicles and camping. Not close to being adequate for even child’s play.
