I’ve should have none this wasn’t a real web site

We have to put one star, which is a shame. I wish I could put none. Paid $661 for a part in December 2025. To date, no parts and no refund. Emails go ignored, when you call their number, no one answers. How is a company allowed to do this and stay in business? AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

scamish. Some while ago we made great business together. Ordered parts, payed and got the items.

Since then we are waiting for the last order made in October 2025. Last order was around 4000 $.

Customer service isn't reacting. The homepage is made new and old transactions (and the latest) aren't listed anymore.

So i wouldn't order here

On January 23, 2025, the Elmira Heights Fire Department placed an order with radioparts.com for batteries totaling $1,219.24. The company accepted the order and processed our payment immediately. Unfortunately, the batteries were never delivered.

Over the course of several months, we attempted to resolve the issue directly with radioparts.com. Despite repeated communication, no product was shipped and no refund was ever issued.

Our Village Attorney sent certified letters to the company, all of which were returned as undeliverable. We also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, who informed us that radioparts.com refused to respond to their inquiries. All documentation was provided to the BBB.

Based on our experience, no individual or organization should conduct business with radioparts.com. They accepted our payment, failed to deliver the product, and ignored every attempt to resolve the matter professionally. This company took our money and provided neither the batteries nor a refund.

Just a straight up scam.

These guys used to be a legit business, but have stopped fulfilling any orders entirely. New ownership, I believe. Getting any sort of response from them is like pulling teeth, and the responses that you get are just delays and deflections.

If you have an order with this company that you're waiting on, start the chargeback process with your credit card company now, because it may be too late if you wait.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Placed an order back in September. No parts delivered, no refund , no response. Scam

Hi. Important! This is a scam — you’ll be cheated out of your money and lose both your funds and your items!

About 10 years ago, this used to be a real business, but now it’s 100% a scam. I placed 4 orders over the past 1.5 years, totaling $4,757 USD, and only received a few old parts. The orders were:

• 100095583 for $2,127.72 – placed on Sep 11, 2024
• 100096152 for $713.37 – placed on Oct 7, 2024
• 100098334 for $470.40 – placed on Feb 10, 2025
• 1000099621 for $1,046.24 – placed on Apr 16, 2025

At the beginning of 2025, they were replying sluggishly and then started coming up with excuses — someone got sick, an email went to spam, sick again, out of the office, and so on. These excuses came from a woman named Tiffany.

But since June 2025, they have completely stopped answering phone calls, responding to written requests, refund notifications, or official notices sent via the bank.

This company is either bankrupt or a scam operation.

I can provide full proof — dozens of emails and correspondence with my bank. Trustpilot or anyone interested can get them from me.

STAY AWAY — you will lose your money here and never receive your orders!
