I originally came to Raena for hormone support, but one of the most unexpected benefits has been the improvement in my joint pain and stiffness.

For years, I dealt with what I assumed was just “normal” arthritis. Aching hands in the morning, stiff knees after sitting too long, and that constant low-level discomfort that makes everything feel a little harder. I had tried the usual approaches, but nothing really made a meaningful difference.

After consistently using Raena’s progesterone and supporting products, I started to notice subtle changes. First, it was less stiffness in the mornings. Then I realized I wasn’t thinking about my joints as much throughout the day. Over time, the inflammation and discomfort that used to feel constant became much more manageable.

My sleep improved, my energy felt more stable, and my joints followed. It made me realize how connected everything is, especially when it comes to hormones and inflammation.

I also really appreciate how clean the formulations are. There are no unnecessary fillers or questionable ingredients, which gave me confidence sticking with it long-term.

If you’re dealing with joint pain or early arthritis symptoms and haven’t considered the role hormones might play, it’s worth looking into. For me, Raena has been a meaningful part of that shift.

I was not happy when I found out that I was put on a automatic subscription when I decided to try the progestrone cream. I now have two unused creams and the company is not willing to do any refunds. I would not recommend this company for hormone health.

The new platform is really confusing. I didn't know the log in to OTC and RX were different. Definitely not as easy to use as it used to be. Also, disappointed that I'm unable to get Biest 1mg, only 5mg is available. :( So I need to try to use 1/2 pump, which... not sure how accurate I'm being. Customer service is wonderful and very helpful though!!

So far so good! My only issue was that I didn’t need my first auto fill, so I canceled that feature.
I’m on my second month and I’ve experienced subtle improvements. I’m looking forward to month 3!

I regret to say that my experience with Raena Health has been incredibly disappointing. I've never encountered such a profound lack of accountability from both doctors and customer support representatives. After spending $250 on a blood test and $189 on a consultation, I was shocked to learn from the doctor that the blood panel I purchased from them was insufficient to diagnose my issues. She even admitted that she often doesn't know what's going on with her patients and typically resorts to prescribing medication as a trial-and-error approach.

Despite this unsettling approach, I was desperate for answers and decided to proceed with the medication she prescribed. However, when I placed the order, a different doctor in my portal provided entirely different instructions on how to take the medication. When I sought clarification, I was told to reach out to support, and when I did, support directed me back to the doctor. This frustrating runaround was compounded by the fact that the website falsely claimed prescriptions would be delivered within two business days. As I was under a time crunch due to an upcoming move, this delay was particularly stressful, and of course, the prescription did not arrive on time. As I explained this to them before the package was even sent out.

I reached out more than ten times to both doctors and customer support, either requesting a refund or asking them to send the prescription that I would happily pay for to my new address. Not a single person was able to assist me. No doctor, no support. Nothing. This issue should have been easily resolved by any competent company, especially when dealing with something as critical as medication. Instead, I was repeatedly told to go elsewhere. Even when I attempted to place a new order myself, the website wouldn't allow me to as there was already a prescription in my portal.

I had hoped to trust Raena Health, especially given their focus on women's health, but my experience has left me completely disappointed. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time on Raena—everyone I've encountered there has been completely incompetent.

I am a new affiliate partnered with Raena. I have tried several Raena products now in the last few months and so far am very pleased. When it comes to supplements the quality of the product matter so much and this is an area where Raena does not compromise. I appreciate the hormone education that they provide and the access to OTC products and free consults with their Doctors if customized support is needed. I will happily refer my clients to Raena for ongoing hormone support. Thank you for all that you do to educate on hormone health.

Such a great company. They do a fantastic job of educating customers on their products. Affordable, high quality products and outstanding customer service.

Raena is great. It's easy, affordable, and has given me so much relief with my symptoms. I currently use their prescription progesterone (sleep, mood, libido have all improved). I also take the Dessicated thyroid and it's amazing. I have so much energy now!!!
