Raffloux team is amazing. Like i heard about it from a ad on tiktok . I tried so many but Raffloux is 10 out of 10 . They do Instant win games and Hoilday so many more .
The customer support is Brilliant.

Good communication
Update: Raffolux closed out the issue and were very responsive!
Original issue: I went to buy a raffle ticket on Raffolux which was being advertised as Nintendo Switch 2 but if you scroll down further they are actually raffling off the Nintendo Switch 1 Oled model which is completely different and could be construed as misleading. I do have video evidence but can't submit unfortunately.

Horrendous
If there was a 0 , I would give it that, I ordered a raffle ticket for 2.99, paid on Apple Pay and it charged me 86.71.
They are refusing to give me my money back.
I will be taking this further as they clearly scammed me.
Please don’t use this site , absolutely horrendous, the tickets haven’t Evan been used yet. But now blocked my account

Our team investigated this issue and found that the charge was related to an order for multiple tickets for an instant win raffle. The price for the order would have been visible when adding these tickets to your basket, as well as at the checkout, before completing your order.
In terms of a refund, we unfortunately aren't able to provide one in accordance with our terms. The tickets were for an instant win raffle, meaning the chance to win had already been partially exhausted at the time of purchase, hence our inability to provide the refund.
We take responsible play and customer safety incredibly seriously, and due to the nature of some of the concerns raised, we have made the decision to restrict your account. Our customer service team is also currently waiting for a response from you, so we can assist with completing a payout from yesterday evening.

Superb Customer Service
I was delighted to win prizes, I choose cash over one of the prizes. I went on the chat to see if I could change back to original prize, Holly is amazing at her job & changed it, received email requesting my address then second email confirming delivery for tomorrow 21/05/2026 wowsers talk about efficiency. If you win they ask to connect 3rd party software to your bank…
Really didn't like being asked to connect a 3rd party application to my bank account to receive a small cash win, so I cancelled that procedure and then lost the win. Ive never been asked to provide access to my bank with any other platform, normally we just provide bank details and ID. To me this seems very very dodgy. Theres no way on this earth Im connecting 3rd party software directly to my bank for a gambling website, Id rather accept I've lost that small win.

It's completely safe and secure, and connecting to your bank account directly is not uncommon and is used for direct payments for other platforms as well as payouts. We completely understand your reservations, though.
Leaving the payout process before it's completed leaves your claim in a sort of stasis, and we can see our customer support team has already replied to your live chat request over the weekend to help you with a manual payout instead via bank transfer. We can also process your claim via PayPal if you don't wish to use Truelayer in the future.
