Customer service & satisfaction are top notch. I had a few questions about the garments fit specifically for my measurements before I made a decision to purchase & Jak responded quickly & thoroughly. Very happy with my purchases. I plan to order more from this shop. Highly recommend.

The pants are spot on, baggy as shown, not as tight on the legs so i don't feel as hot but at the same time protective from the cold. Great fit would 100% recommend

Darth Maul would be proud. If I could give more stars, I would. This is my second purchase from RbJ and I couldn’t more thrilled. You can tell each stitch is done with care. Perfect fit, range of mobility and the comfort is another level. Do yourself a favor and get the Hattori pants for winter and the Hattori Muslin pants for summer.

I came across Rags by Jak when I was looking for a dystopian-style cloak for me to wear for a certain themed concert in Japan. The ready-to-wear was too big for me, so I contacted Jak if he can create a custom-sized cloak to which I had forwarded my measurements for. He was nothing but helpful and professional, and he deeply knew what his product was. I had received my custom-tailored cloak just yesterday, and it blew me away. While I’m not too big on how hot it can get wearing it (I think the fabric is quite similar if not is rayon?) I am aware that the fabric itself was necessary to give it the characteristic drape and wrinkles. What was originally meant for a costume soon became something that really matched my wardrobe and my preference for drape and an emphasis on how clothes behave as one moves or walks. This piece by Rags by Jak really matched with my various Yohji Yamamoto pieces, so I can definitely see myself wearing this more often than I thought. The sewing is high quality, and I particularly don’t see loose threads. I appreciate that it is bold enough to be statement piece to wear but also casual enough to give a sense of flair to more approachable outfits. I like the different ways one can style it too, and I would highly recommend playing with it. Ultimately, I enjoy owning this product, and it was definitely worth the wait.

I found Jak through an instagram ad and ordered a pair of Zyes. Best pants ever, I basically live in them. He‘s super responsive on Instagram for any kind of questions I had.
