Raid sent me faulty shoes. I emailed customer service about it and they keep going round the circle of my proposition for a refund of shipping charges. I do not recommend this company as very unsatisfactory customer service.

I ordered the Valencia block healed white boots - I’m in love! So comfy, amazing quality and perfect fit. Also impressed with the quick delivery as I chose standard delivery and got the item within 2 days!

Excellent quality, very fast delivery

This was my third pair of boots from RAID since November. I am very happy with these boots, the colour is exactly like the image and the boots fit like a glove. I have slim calves and previously I had a real difficult time finding boots that fit. Most importantly these boots seem comfortable even though I haven’t worn them out yet.

Fabulous boots, love them true to size

Despite a lengthy wait, and with thanks to Customer Services keeping me in the loop due customs clearance delays, definitely worth it!!!

My first two pairs came really quickly and i love them... My third pair came in good time too but my fourth pair took a very long ng time... Raid did explain that they were pre ordered which i didnt see when i ordered.. So thats something to look out for when ordering? The ones i waited for smelled really strongly like they'd just come out of factory but very comfy? In sending one pair back as they wernt as chunky as i thought. Ive bought boots from raid many years ago and they were very well made but i feel like theres not as much care taken in making them. Good boots for the money though and so comfy? I bought ones with multi coloured soles.... Funky 😎

Super fast delivery and superb boots which are such great value for money. They are faux leather but look like really leather and are so well made and stylish - I receive lots of compliments. They are also very comfortable even on longer walks. I ordered a few pairs to compare and when 2 were sent back, the refunds were also processed quickly. Overall, an excellent online shopping experience.

* Edit * in response to Raid’s comment . I did enclose the correct paper work. So I’ve no idea why you couldn’t find my return. The frustration was the emails back and forth and the length of time it took for somebody to actually request me to send proof of postage copy not just the return ref code. Things could have been speeded up at your end and I shouldn’t have to be the one chasing everything!

Ordered some boots in the sale which arrived quickly. After 1 week of wear an uncomfortable dip/ crease appeared inside the boot on the sole just where my big toe is. This big dip made it far too uncomfortable to wear the boots. Emailed customer services who I explained the fault to. They asked for photos. I explained again it was inside the boot near the toe so impossible to photograph. They told me to download a returns label. When I was doing this the Royal Mail label would take all my details but not give me a label. After more emails Raid eventually sent me a link to a label. After posting my boots on 30/1/22 I waited a week. Heard nothing so I emailed. They said they’d not got my return so couldn’t process refund. They asked for my tracking details which I also checked and boots received by them 2/2/22. Again more emails. They did confirm that I wouldn’t have to pay return shipping as a fault (hopefully I won’t have to chase this!) Finally on 11/2 they admitted they can’t find my parcel so please could they have a copy of my returns receipt to process refund. 12/2 and I’m still waiting for my refund. All I wanted was a pair of boots. So if your lucky and no issues with your boots then I’m sure Raid are great. BUT now I’ve had such hassle with faulty boots and a pain with me having to chase refund I’d choose not to use them again. It really hasn’t been worth it and I’m still waiting. It shouldn’t be this frustrating!

Originally from NYC, I am used to having access to loads of shoes. In the first time in my 9 years here I have found my muse in Raid Shoes. Hot selections, amazing workmanship, and great prices.

I have been looking what seems like forever for a classy pair of knee high camel boots. Having made a few purchases already from raid I looked at the website and was not disappointed
The perfect colour, heel classy pair of boots I ever did see was just waiting there for me to order
Ordering was simple
Delivery was not long at all
Package was compact, not excess like other companies
The fit was perfect ( size 4 )
Looks fab with any outfit, casual or dress up. So comfortable will definitely be ordering again ….!!!!

I absolutely love these! And I get so many compliments on them. They do come up slightly big, I'm usually a 5.5-6 but the 6 were definitely too big. The size 5's are great. My feet measure 24.5cm long. They are a bit snug around the ankles, where the seam is, I do have really quite slim legs and ankles, so they may be a bit tight if yours are a bit wider. Those are the only reasons I knocked a star off, the sizing being a bit different and making buying online a bit trickier, and the slightly tight ankles. I know I'm being fussy!
They're a bit stormtrooper/60's style!
