I have ordered food at rail restro several times and my experience has been delightful. Though I prefer non veg food but came to learn about delicious vegetarian food because of Rail Restro.

Keep up the good work! Sad to see so many negative feedbacks as I feel people having nice experience hardly leave feedback.

I ordered my food at 13.30 PM, whicheas to be delivered vat Allahabad Jn. When the train reached station, I contacted the customer care asking them to deliver the food. They responded that vendor "seems to be out for delivery" .... Seriously are you kidding me??? Seems to be ???? You yourself are not clear whether he's out for delivery or not. Anyways waited for 20 min, no one was there....when the train left, they said we'll check with the vendor what happened and once vendor confirms he hasn't delivered, they'll initiate the refund. Pathetic.

Good services provided by Railrestro when I was in train,They delivered yummy Food with good packing.Great Service with attractive offer.

Is railrestro good to order food while travelling. I don't think so. I have 8 of my family members travelling in purushottam express 12802. We ordered food for them and to be delivered at Dd Upadhyaya Station at 10.15am. When we contacted railrestro for order they said cash on delivery option is available only if the partial payment is done. The total amount is ₹1482 so we paid ₹750 as partial payment so that food for 8 people is delivered and rest payment will be paid by parents travelling.But when train reached the station, the food was not delivered, and when parents contacted railrestro a lady mentioned will check with vendor "Anapurna restaurant" and find the reason. When parents asked first tell when the food will be delivered, she said it will be delivered at Gaya Station which will reach at 1.15pm if train is on time.Also she mentioned to pay extra amount as Gaya Station is expensive than the previous, when parents asked why they should pay as its not their fault then she said that quantity of food will be reduced. So this is the way to threaten people for food to be or not to be delivered.I wanted this to highlight to our railway minister Piyush sir as this is not the first time we as passengers facing this issue with online order.Order no 1258523

I ordered chilli chicken and veg fried rice but they delivered veg noodles and chilli paneer. Also the quantity is very less. It is completely unacceptable. They are cheating customers just like this.

Railrestro is a very good platform to order food in train , I had received very good quality of food and it was hot . I ordered many times from another sites but I did'nt receive safactory food , it is a single site who fulfill there committments and deliver food on time . The customer support at railrestro assists consumers very well . Really it was a great experience

*******DO NOT ORDER********they are fraud not trust worthy and never deliver at desired location. This is the second time I am facing this issue. Customer service is not at all trained.....just a waste of time. I have sugar and if I don't eat on time I might faint but no one cares.....only one thing they can do well is apologies.

They're a bunch of cheating people.
They send you old food that has been expired.
Also, they do not send any culinary or plates or any material to eat with.

My entire family is suffering from food poisoning due to them. We have been hospitalized.

Total waste of money, Worst case scenario go with railway food, atleast they cannot hospitlise you.

Very cheap quality food. I will order food on railrestrow while they will call me and ask for order food and I will give order but who I will give order same food was not delivered it will be different. And food quantities, quality and taste is very dirty, poor and cheap.

Very poor food, even not served which was ordered .Very useless service.

There's nothing below one star otherwise I would have given that. Ordered the food and received confirmation message. But the food wasn't delivered at the station. On calling vendor(because railrestro closed after 10pm), they say that the order has been received before 5 min and not able to deliver now but i ordered before 1 hour.

Worst experience i ever have.

Worst food that can be imagined. Stale vegetable and smelly rice. The roti was also अधपका। Had ordered the food from IRCTC site.A very bad experience.
Continued the journey in a hungry state as it is not possible now to get food from other sources at 10.25 pm.

The worst experience I ever had in my life,,,Railrestro-The most dirtiest service,, I had ordered 4-butter rotti and 1 Chicken Butter Masala.The restaurant name was AMAN CATTERS.They put my food in an ugly cover with full of dust,,, Around 85% of the curry was floating outside the cover.I lost Rup.300 for the same.Guys don't ever go for Railrestro.

I order veg biryani, it was not fresh. The biryani looked like fried rice. It was salty and spicy. The curd was bad in taste.

#955068, food order dated 22-Apr-2019, please avoid using Railrestro if you are not prepared to get a shock of your life, later get insulted both by food delivery person and their ultra westernised customer care, who do not hesitate to prove you that its your own fault, i ordered a mutton biryani to be delivered at Itarsi station and even paid INR 338/- for a small box of mutton biryani and curd, food was delivered but delivery person was quite loud to ask for money in cash as they had no clue about online payment, later when train started, i found that mutton biryani had no mutton in it and rice used were stale ( probably of last night), same was reported but customer care only gave me english and blindly refused that refund is not possible.
