Contact rainbow fabrics to ask if they had a fabric I had previously bought still in stock and if that fabric could be sent out quickly for a time sensitive project.

My request was dealt with quickly and efficiently and I am so impressed and very much grateful.

I have been a fan of rainbow fabrics for a while now after discovering them at a show and always look for their stall when I attend one they have a customer for life now and I would highly recommend them not only for the quality of the fabrics, the ethics of their sourcing but their customer service too. My favourite fabric shop - I've bought quite a bit from here and it's all been lovely quality and very well priced. I love that it's a selection of deadstock, it feels like you're getting something 'limited edition' while stopping it going to landfill, but you do have to be quick! The customer service team is always responsive and helpful, and I love having previews of the drops on Instagram and the rewards points too.
