Absolutely brilliant service! The stair runner is fantastic quality, however it has not been fitted yet. What made the experience even better was the communication. Being able to message via WhatsApp and get my queries answered straightaway made the whole process incredibly smooth. The stair runner I wanted to purchase was not available online, but was found in the second warehouse. I, then, was sent a link with the product to finalise the purchase. Speedy delivery as well. 10/10 recommendation!

The service I got was excellent and the carpet runner is lovely. It arrived within a couple of days too. I am just waiting for the carpet fitter to come now!

I love the rugs, they feel very durable. My only gripe is they could have been packaged better...they looked like someone had just slung them in a box together, which in turn gave several creases, which didn't want to come out, even after several days...but as I said I love them and they look great in my home.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience ordering from Rainbow Home. My order was sent to the wrong address despite me providing the correct details at checkout. As a result, the delivery failed, and I had to spend my own time and money trying to resolve the issue.

What’s worse is the lack of ownership — both Rainbow Home and their courier (FedEx) kept passing the blame back and forth instead of helping to resolve the problem. I’ve had to chase repeatedly, and weeks later there’s still no clear resolution or compensation for the inconvenience caused.

This experience shows a complete lack of care for customers once payment has been taken. I won’t be ordering from them again, and I’d strongly recommend others avoid the hassle and shop elsewhere.
