I called to sort out a "gut feeling" that I may have entered incorrect information regarding recently added beneficiaries the day before. The wait time was maybe 1-2 minutes. The Customer Service Rep opened up my profile and confirmed that gut feeling. The changes were made immediately. Although Raisin originally missed both bonus' (the referral party, and me) when it was brought to their attention, the matter was resolved and bonus' credited accordingly in 2 days. The resolution was quick and decisive which is always a good trait for a business handling your money. Great job clearing this up so quickly.
