I have read questions carefully and answered surveys honestly, but they will remove me from the survey or there will be a mysterious "glitch" that will transfer me over to another survey. In the end, after all that work, they will not let me receive the points because they will say something like "I don't qualify".

This is a waste of time and I have never been able to cash out because of these glitches. All work and no reward.

Bad site..stay away from this Rakuten insight. Survey close at the end of the survey. Very very bad.

I signed up, got NO surverys to complete. When I inquired, they stated I violated their rules of service.. What? How so?? They declined to tell me.. Im done with this loser site. I did nothing wrong and IM done with Rakuten Insights!

Good survay app/site ,lack screenouts and no technical issue with surveys.

Worst of the worst survey site, when you gave honest opinions thet will screened out us. The surveys are too long but in return points are less. Queries were also not resolved.

I have been completing surveys for them for a little over 2 years. Even though points were low, I continued to complete the surveys anyways in my free time. I have never had a problem until 2 weeks ago I noticed that I was not receiving surveys which was usual. I then proceeded to cash out my balance of $28.29 which I was not able to do. I contacted customer service and they advised "We’ve detected suspicious behavior on your account and are unable to process your request at this time. They did not give no explanation.

Genuine platform for survey.
It has so many limitation .
1. Number of surveys are very low.
2. It take too much time to got points from survey,they also inform that it may took 8 weeks to got points. This time span must be reduced maximum 4 weeks otherwise we lost interest in replying to its survey. As in many other platform the points of survey got added immediately or within few minutes.
It pays rewards genuinely that is the most plus point of this platform.

If there's a zero or maybe even a negative zero here, that's what they deserve! They just changed their name from AIP and I didn't receive my gift certificate like before. Tracking number they gave showed that it just went around in circles in the local post office near its location. Rakuten didn't give a damn if it reached the recipient or not.

I have a huge problem with this survey company I been doing surveys for this company since July I have noticed however there putting on there and I can screenshot it for everyone to see it if your fraudulently doing the surveys to get money we will have to disabled your account I am answering each and every question truthfully and not only there with these surveys there is no right or wrong answers either. I have told them after I finally get to 500 points I was deleting my account I done found more survey companies that are not like that first I was getting with a lot of these surveys 50-150 points now it's down to 0-1 point and yeah it's a waste of someone's time doing those and not being able to get those points there mad at me cause I called the DOL that's what it is that's why my points was cut down.

The website is good but You may have to wait for days for a new review. And if you get the points, then it's okay, otherwise you have to wait for two months. And even when you take payout, you will get at least 15 days...

The reviews are accurate. I should have over 700 points by now but only got credited for 31. It tells me that if I don't get to at least 500 in the next 6 days, the possible rewards will expire. A complete waste of time and effort. Unsubscribed.

My second review of this site WORTHLESS GARBAGE worst survey site ever right along with ZAP surveys they must be sister sites this one surveys still don't work my last review on October 22 and I'm still to get anymore points NONE in all this time all I wanna do is get to the $5 mark so I can cash out and delete maybe before the new year they also let you do the surveys once in awhile and don't reward you also watch out if you on another site and sampolious. Us that's the survey provider for this site
