This was a horrible experience, and I strongly recommend avoiding this AI tool.

My daughter signed up for a $1 offer, but I was charged multiple times with no help from support. There’s no phone number to call - no real way to get assistance. Overall, a frustrating and disappointing experience.

I would strongly advise people not to sign up for this service and not to give them their card details.

They say on the website - FREE trial, NO credit card required. In reality, I was charged $137 after only 3 days. I contacted the owner immediately and explained that I did not want the service and had never actually used it.

The reply I received was that they have a strict no-refund policy. In my view, that is completely unacceptable. When a company advertises one thing, charges far earlier than expected, and then refuses to correct it even when contacted right away, that is a serious problem.

This was a very negative experience, and I do not recommend this company at all.

I wanted an article in slovak language and its sad i can not send a picture, but those words are nothing to do with slovak language. Totally shit.

Signed up mostly to test it out for a client's dental practice site. 2 Months in and organic traffic is up about 3x/ Articles are well written and they actually match what people search for. Connected it to wordpress and haven't touched it since. WIll probably set it up for a few more cleint sites.

Absolute joke. They don't generate automatically, you can not "use" your tokens, you have to do everything manually. Once you pause your subscription you can no longer see your ALREADY PAID FOR articles. They just make money of people who forget to cancel their subscription (like I did) and don't refund you the money!!

Scammers, Charged more than agreed and service removed after dispute

I signed up with RankPill after being offered a discounted price of $69.

However, when the charge appeared on my card, I was billed $99/$100 instead of the agreed discounted amount.

I contacted them only to request the correction of the price difference, since the discount had already been offered and accepted.

Instead of resolving the issue, they disabled my account and removed access to the service entirely, even though the billing period had already been paid in full.

To be clear:
• I did not ask for a full refund.
• I only asked them to correct the difference between $69 and the amount they charged.

Their response was to terminate access to the service that had already been paid for.

Charging a customer and then removing the service during the paid period simply because the customer questioned an incorrect charge is extremely concerning business behavior.

Customers should be aware of this online company, be careful.

No heart, no soul. Terrible customer service.

Also, the Shopify integration dont and wont work for atleasy 2 weeks. Which they dont tell you until you purchase the trial. And they dont think this is a viable reason for refund.
The texts are weak and generic.

Edit after Rankpill response: To clarify – my main issue is not the $1 trial. I understand that trials can be non-refundable.

The real problem is that I cancelled the subscription only hours after it renewed, and it had not been used. Refusing to refund a subscription that was cancelled immediately, especially when the core feature I signed up for was not working, feels unreasonable.

The only reason I tried Rank Pill was the promised Shopify integration. During the trial, I was told it would be working within two weeks. It has now been over a month, and the integration still does not work.

Instead, the solution is now that users must build their own custom Shopify app to make it function. That is neither simple nor what was advertised. The original integration was apparently not approved by Shopify, and that information was not transparent before purchase.

Most reasonable SaaS companies would offer a goodwill refund when:
• A key advertised feature is not available
• The subscription is cancelled immediately after renewal
• The service has not been used

This is not about the $1 trial. It is about refusing to refund a subscription tied to a feature that never worked as promised.

Awful experience! Misleading product, avoid!

This was an awful experience and I strongly recommend avoiding RankPill.
The platform is marketed as producing “SEO-optimised” content and competitor-based keyword research, but the output delivered during the trial was not SEO-optimised by any recognised standard. The content was generic, shallow, and showed no understanding of search intent, topical depth, semantic SEO, or how content ranks in modern search engines or AI systems.
There is no realistic chance of the articles ranking .. not because “SEO takes time,” but because the content itself is fundamentally unfit for ranking.
When this was raised, the company relied entirely on a non-refund clause rather than addressing the misleading nature of their advertising. The “trial” does not meaningfully allow you to evaluate the product as marketed.
In my opinion, this product is misrepresented, and the way it is sold will catch out people who are less experienced with SEO. If you are expecting genuine SEO-ready content, this tool will waste your time and money.
Proceed with extreme caution.

Would give 0 if I could - Useless rubbish - Non-refundable paid trial! I used it less than 10 minutes! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Spits out generic useless keywords and content that will NOT help any business! Contributing to the fluff online that will NOT rank your site on search engines nor on AI!

It helped to save a massive amount of time and money. Using it everyday. Generated articles pushed us in top rankings on Google.

I manufacture wooden pallets and was looking to drive more relevant traffic to my site with the goal of increasing sales. I’ve been getting great results with Rank Pill, traffic is up, inbound leads are more consistent, and it directly contributed to my strongest sales month and best overall year to date. Because of the impact it’s had on visibility and revenue, I plan to keep using Rank Pill moving forward.

Ive been using Rank pill now for 2 and a half months, and so far the results are very positive. I have seen a significant increase in traffic, and this traffic is of high quality, which is something i was sceptical about when using this tool. Since using the tool, we have seen an increase in leads which is our main goal.

I have rated a 4star for now to reserve my full judgment until half way through the campaign.

But I am impressed so far

We tried RankPill for three months, and unfortunately it was not effective for us. During this period, we actually noticed a decline in our page views when reviewing our Google Analytics data. As a result, we have now cancelled the service. Based on our experience, I personally would not recommend it.

We managed to get mentioned by ChatGPT for some main keywords. Totally recommend.

The only SEO tool that didn’t overwhelm me. RankPill is simple, doesn’t overcomplicate things, and actually helps you publish more SEO content to your site.
I usually do some extra editing, but I can also see it being used fully on autopilot

Easy to use but counter-productive. Articles quality is really bad. You can edit them directly through the website but it's only editing. You can't work with the AI to modify the article.
it makes me think of these days you SEO hackers would just align numerous keywords in non sense articles to make their website ranks up in Google...
Articles producted by rankpill have no sense, errors in the text (at least for my industry) and errors in the created pictures.
By the way the first and only positive review is from the funder of the company...

You will not find a better SEO automation tool in the market!
